I’ve order a mr wood pipe from there website, the pipe arrived perfectly and was happy with the purchase. When I looked inside/around the box to check where the hose/mouthpiece for the pipe. I contacted and they said they never advertised mr wood with a hose/mouthpiece. I’ve ask do they have it so I can purchase it cos I’ve got a pipe that I’ve spent £250 on with no hose/mouthpiece to use. I’ve emailed requiring about this do they sell a mr wood mouthpiece separately and no response. I have a wookah pipe that I’ve purchased in 2024 and that came with a hose/mouthpiece I don’t get why mr wood pipes don’t or are the company keeping it for themselves

Order was delivered late not next day delivery as advertised. Also I expected as a courtesy from you guys that a hose for hookah will be included but sadly it wasn’t and it caused further delay to use the hookah.

Great service, a little notice though about the pipe I got to mention that it didn't include the hose and recommend I would need to buy the hose as an extra would be a nice help to incorporate but that's a little thing. It's a lovely pipe

After hours of deciding what my next pipe should be k decided on the steamulation ultimate one. Finding it in the colour I wanted narrowed me down to a few suppliers and I came across Wazookah and contacted wasim.

From start to finish he helped me with accessories, making sure the one I decided on was right for me, he wasn’t recommending things to get me to buy expensive things, he recommended what would work best for me which to me meant a lot!

I felt confident with my decisions and the transaction was done securely online and my whole order was in my hands within 17 hours! Free next day delivery!

I will never use another supplier again, this guys knowledge and passion makes him stand out and I’m so happy with my new hookah!

Best website for shisha and shisha accessories in the UK, the delivery is fast, quality is great and customer service is the best. Had an issue with an order (manufacturer issue rather than website itself) , they had is sorted in less then 2 days, got a replacement asap. Will definitely come for more accessories here and highly recommend.
