We were hugely impressed with 'We Do Doors', not only with the beautiful front door - which has totally transformed our entrance lobby - but also with the exceptional customer service which has been excellent throughout.
From beginning the inquiry with the ever-helpful & friendly Kerrie, to the precision fitting with John, and finally with Andy's outstanding co-ordination / after-sales-service, it's been a most pleasurable & hassle-free experience.
Here in the UK, disappointingly, it's becoming increasingly difficult to find a business that takes great pride in its work and is committed to providing the best quality of product and customer service, but each and every one of the 'We Do Doors Team' ticked every box in providing a product & service par excellence.

It's a bit odd to be reviewing my door now, as it was fitted 8 years ago. The first thing to say is that it still looks fantastic after all this time. It has needed virtually no maintenance in all that time and the mechanical parts are still great. The reason for reviewing now is that the weather bar got damaged when someone was delivering a bulky item to my house. Even after all this time we-do-doors were able to send me some touch in paint do make good the damage. Exceptionally helpful and prompt. I can't recommend this company highly enough.

Nice Door - Poor Customer Satisfaction
To start, I am happy with the final product, and I made this clear. And the staff were great (Sam and Jake) What I am unhappy is the lack of recognition of the customer with this online business. Bottom line a door that was supposed to cost me £2000.. Cost me £2750.. And was 2 weeks late.. Due to their business error..
So basically.. The day before the fitting of the door (that was booked 2 weeks earlier) .. I had a phone call at mid day to say there was an error and the door had not been shipped from scotland.. (I had lined up plasters, tilers, decorators the next day that I would have to pay for…..) I asked for the door to to be shipped overnight to mitigate this issue, and the fitter was available. (they wouldn’t do) I asked if they ship in the following days.. But they wouldn't book the fitting as the fitter wasn’t available.. And wouldn’t find another.. so I had to pay the consequential cost (£850)for the trades following there error in door delivery.. And had to wait a further 2 weeks.
So we discussed there error, which they admitted.. and they offered me £100.. And nothing further.. As i wanted them to recognise the value of the error to me the customer.. I didn’t ask them to cover my costs. Just recognise my satisfaction with a reasonable offer..
Bottom line.. Use a local Buisness and a Buisness that values customers satisfaction. And keep using Trustpilot and Google review to enable customer to understand what you are signing up to.

We booked the installation before the door fitter had physically received your door due to the frequent contact from you requesting an earlier appointment. This is not something we would typically do, as schedules can still change at that stage.
While we understand your frustration, delays can occasionally happen within the installation process. As a gesture of goodwill, we offered a reduction in cost and rearranged your installation for the following week as quickly as possible.
During our communications, requests were also made for both an overnight courier service and a substantially larger discount than the goodwill gesture already offered. These requests were accompanied by comments stating that poor reviews on Google and Trustpilot would otherwise be left in relation to the service provided.
We fully respect every customer’s right to leave honest feedback, whether positive or negative. However, we do not believe review platforms should be referenced as part of discussions regarding additional compensation or services.
Nevertheless, we appreciate your feedback and are sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations.

Big Tick, Big Tens, Excellent Job!

The install was carried out by a local contractor who did a fantastic job. It may only be a garage side door but it's allowed my family to be in the garden safely.
I cannot recommend this business enough.

New Front Door
I had a new front door fitted in January but waited a few months to see how it held up against the cold, heat and rain. Have been very pleased. No leaks, it doesn't stick at all and it far more secure than my old door.

Absolutely brilliant experience. Designed the door online and had it confirmed via a phone call. Staff very polite and helpful and kept in contact throughout. Fitter Carl and his mate arrived on time and was quick and efficient.Old door taken away and all rubbish removed from new door fitting. Wouls highly recommend for a quick and seamless proccess throughout.
