The service delivered by this company was appalling. Not only did the company damaged thousands of pounds of stock, they then denied any responsibility even though their “customer service” team admitted to rushing and using a different procedure. The Managing Director Mick is horrendously rude and disrespectful, never listening to what the customer says and makes his own reality up to shy away from any responsibility of error.
Absolutely dreadful delivery of service and customer service! Definitely look into using a more professional company to fulfil your business needs.

Great customer service, on time delivery

I would give 4.5 stars if I could, the only let down was communication during and after production. We were not notified of a production date and then our order was held back over 1 week after, due to labels being misplaced at the production site and no answer to emails at the time.
Apart from that, from placing the order to receiving it back, we were kept up to date with progress and the product itself was made to specification and tastes exactly as we want it.
The company got in touch after delivery to check how everything went, and asked what they could have done better, which was a great touch.
I will definitely use WePack again, even looking at new products we may potentially launch with them in the near future.

I placed my first order with We-Pack Ltd this year and as my business is based in the Highlands of Scotland, communication was key to this partnership working.

The customer service provided here is next to none, constant production updates from various members of the team allowing for a smooth process.
