NEDS have a swimming pool hoist (cheap) and it has been unservicable for the last 8 or 9 weeks. Despite numerous attempts, no one at this company has made any effort to fix it apart from ordering a new battery (not the cause of the problem and we knew as much on the day it stopped). We are losing income from at least 9 people who cannot enter the pool without a hoist. It stopped working when there was 2 people still in the pool!!
They are a useless company - don't waste your money on them. Find a reliable company.

This is a speclist company based in Kent who apparently specialise in adapted bathrooms and kitchens for disabled people.
They initially came round and were happy to quote.
Mine was paid for by my council.

Things from there they didn't want to know once the contract was signed.
They didn't assess properly so some of the items aren't suitable. For example a shower screen that excludes me from the room which then stops me having a shower rather than helps by keeping the water Contained.

The "plumbing" was a joke. I've got a tangle of pipes in my was empty loft. They told me 4 times the shower worked and it didn't it had no cold water available to it.

The sink tap is ice cold despite it being a simple job to adjust but they just didn't bother
They have left my loft full of building junk.

The "final" handover was awful with non matching grab rails (different length and size) things not secured waterproofed. The shower was wonkey, the doors didn't touch the floor, there were pencil drawings everywhere and so on. The level of finish was non existent.
I had them back to rectify this issues and several they didn't bother with saying "I'll sort it right away" yet 3 weeks later noone has made contact and my email are ignored

The appropate demo on how to use the equipment was never done and according to wealden that someone's else's issue.

All in all they never showed before 9.30 (often 10am) then were gone mid afternoon doing very little each day
