My Wife ordered two skirts on Amazon fro this Company on the 8th January 2024. The items have still not arrived even though Royal Mail tracking states they were dispatched on the 9th January. The Royal Mail have not received the parcel for delivery. This is totally unacceptable and very very poor Customer Service. Avoid this Company.

I ordered a black Christmas t shirt
When it arrived it was red. It says black on the bag. Now l don't have time to send it back for a black one needed it for work on Monday 18th December. Very disappointed hopefully you will respond to my email

Only empty bag arrived and no constructive help from wearAll, and NO refund
Received message saying package returned to sender
As damaged and unable to deliver
No apology, wouldn’t give them time of day leave alone one star ⭐️
NEVER will use them again

Received trousers but returned as too small. Tried to get refund through amazon as refund not received over a week after returned. Refund has been declined. Trousers returned as new. Don't trust them

Unacceptable clothing business, extremely cheap quality , not worth buying, unfortunately british multi nhs interfered with my natural size and shape ,health for years 2006 - 2020, I had to purchase bigger clothes, My natural size 14 with all the right curves in all the right places, as I am again , past year. Happy with my shape and size can purchase what want rather what is available in the bigger sizes.Strange how the bigger sizes sell out of stock first!

Beware! Poor quality products. No refund received when clothing is returned. Poor communication if any.

They looked so nice in the picture and i was looking forward to wearing them with Maxi's in the evenings while im Away

Item arrived in the completely wrong colour, got absolutely no response with regards to return or refund. Don't bother with this company!

I received the clothes that I had ordered from WearAll. The quality is SO DEGRADING and some of them are FAULTY that I cannot possibly wear, even at my house. This leaves such a bad taste in my mouth. The advertising of the goods is deceiving because the actual goods do not look anything like those shown in its website.

I am not returning the goods only because the postage will cost me more than the amount that I had paid for the clothes.

This is a HUGE disappointment and I will NEVER again order anything from WearAll.

Bad really bad service! The blouse I purchased got 2 weeks later and it was the wrong size! And very bad quality, I returned it and they said they never got it! I track the bag and was delivered few days after! I had never got my money back!😡

I was honestly worried about the ratio of complaints as there were praise for this company, being a plus size girl and not that girly doesn't leave you a lot of options save for the men's department, i prefer a lot of the styles, but when my parcel arrived, my man took one look at the leggings and thought there was no way they'd fit.

Wearall, you sly dogs haha, they fit and it doesn't hurt to wear them so thanks for that, the top is lovely and comfy too so i am a most happy little bunny!

Really nice quality and good choice of colours. Polo neck is excellent and jumper washes well too.

Unbelievable company. I returned some items and they said they hadn't received them. In the end I had to open a case on PayPal against them. Then all of a sudden they found my returned goods but then began being awkward because I had opened a case. They are constantly arguing with me and bribing me, telling me they will issue my refund if I close the case on PayPal . The clothes are ok and delivery and returns are free which is good, but God help anyone wanting their returned goods refunded .

Made an order a month ago and I still haven’t received it. Sent a complaint email about it and didn’t get a response back. Worst costumer service ever!! Don’t buy from here.

The item is a Christmas gift; therefore decided to rate it on how it looks and the feel of the material. Hope my daughter likes it and gets a lot of wear from the garment.
