Horrible experience with this company
Horrible experience with this company - it has been several weeks and the tracking information they provided show no movement on product and company does not respond to inquiries online. Had to create a dispute with payment source to get a response - wish I had never placed an order with them and will never order from them again.

Hi, thanks for your review. We understand your frustration. We are as frustrated as you are. However, the order was placed on the 16th of December so it hasn't been several weeks. It has been 14 days. Your statement that we are not responding is also a lie. You email us daily and we reply each time. You should have received your order by now even with the busy holiday season. For that, we are sorry.
This delay was most likely caused by the high volume of shipments that US customs had to deal with in the week leading to Christmas. It is very common to see delays due to customs during this period of the year, especially for the USA and Canada.
We have escalated this with our courier partner and will continue to keep you updated via emails.

The briefs were too small they were not as comfortable as i thought. I only wanted one keyring but I received five in total. I shall be returning two pairs of briefs which are un worn and four keyring unopened. I did receive my order promptly,but I hope my account is credited promptly
