Thanks for your review. We asked for proof of the hole and the picture you sent showed a cut that was clearly done with scissors. Our products are hand made and hand packed, that size of hole on the fabric not even on the sewing is very unlikely to have been missed. So we asked questions after refunding you for the order.

These briefs are sooo comfortable, possibly the most comfortable underwear I've ever owned! Lovely soft modal fabric. I've quite a few pairs now, and they're what I wear a lot of the time. I'm a 30" waist, size small fits like a glove! One thing I have learned with Club Seven, if, like me, you're larger than average 'up front', definitely go for their legacy range, as they accommodate your package just nicely. Their other underwear products, for example, the bamboo range, are too tight. Their service is 10 out of 10, and fast delivery too, so overall I'm very happy, full marks! 😃

Comfort and support
Delivery wasn’t the quickest but the site was easy to use and ordering was simple. Comfortable waist band. Love this material, they’re soft and felt like a second skin. I actually forgot I was wearing any under, and didn’t need to adjust myself in them at all during the day. I need good support from my underwear and these gave me that, good cuppage and I didn’t fall out of them once. They were still as good after washing and no misshaping or bagginess. The only thing I’d have liked is a better range of colours

Thongs are amazing. Brief, not-as -much.h
I ordered 2 thongs and a pair of white briefs. The thongs fit very well, plenty of support in the waistband and the right amount of room in the pouch. I'm a fan of modal products.
The briefs weren't as favorable. I ordered the next size up (XL) and found them to be rather snug. No room in the pouch.
Perhaps because of the material, I'm concerned about shrinkage.
As is, I probably wouldn't wear them.
Finally, I'm partial to white and am interested I a g-string in modal in the future. You have great products. Keep up the good work.

New brand for me, but a great purchase
It's always a little nerve wracking buying a new brand for the first time, but I needn't have worried. These are fantastic briefs. The fabric feels is excellent quality, it holds everything where it needs to be, and has enough room in front for those who need it. I will definitely be buying more.
