I had a very disappointing experience with Elements Talent Consultancy, particularly with my account manager Alessandro Ferro. At the beginning of my application process, he was responsive and enthusiastic about helping me find a job. However, as soon as I was signed up, he became unresponsive and difficult to reach.
Despite my attempts to communicate with him, he failed to respond to my queries or follow up with me regarding job placements. Moreover, when he did eventually get in touch, he kept sending me to the wrong places, wasting my time and causing me to miss out on several job opportunities.
Alessandro's lack of professionalism and poor communication skills made my experience with Elements Talent Consultancy extremely frustrating and unproductive. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable job placement service, and I believe that others should be wary of working with Alessandro Ferro.
