Ian Hurst was an exceptional instructor and I found him to be very friendly, approachable and understanding throughout the course. Ian was very personable, not only did he give great course content knowledge, he was also happy to share some of his personal experiences and knowledge. This helped to put everyone attending the course at ease, making them feel comfortable, which encouraged everyone to engage more and come forward to talk about very difficult topics and situations.

Really relaxed atmosphere
Really relaxed atmosphere, lots of education around, not only others, but our own mental health. A heavy two days and totally worth it.
Fantastic Course - Highly recommended
An on-line course which truly hits the spot. It covers so much and the open floor/forum is wonderful. Everyone is encouraged to get involved and to ask open and honest questions. There is a lot covered in the two days and sometimes it’s an information overload - hence only four stars. Don’t let this put you off though, just be prepared to stop and walk away to digest it all
