Workmen are great , Shame about the Liaison Officer

Liaison Officer is rude, unhelpful and ignores my queries. Nothing but problems with her communication , well lack of communication with me. .
After inquiring whether my roof was being done as I had noticed neighbours were, I work from home and wanted to schedule my work around the noisy workmen.
She advised it wasn't being done .
Two days later , Scaffolding is being put up around my home and a screwed up note in my door saying Work may start tomorrow.

Workmen and other staff I have experienced are always helpful and professional .
