Great Customer Service, thank you so much!!!

Ordered a personalized ornament that, upon arrival, was beautiful, great quality. The problem was that apparently during shipping, the "globe" part of the snowflake ornament that housed the memory picture was damaged. I immediately sent an email, received an immediate response and am looking forward to a new ornament, free of charge.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I’m hoping to save someone else from the frustration I’ve had with Wear Felicity. I purchased two locket rings in September, and both of them already stopped staying clasped. When I reached out to customer service to ask about a fix or reimbursement, they were completely unhelpful and offered no real solution.

I’m really disappointed in both the quality of the jewelry and the lack of customer service. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing from them.

I strongly advise caution when considering Wear Felicity. My recent experience was deeply disappointing and highlighted serious shortcomings in both their technology and customer service. Within minutes of placing an order, I noticed what appeared to be a website glitch that duplicated my purchase. I reacted immediately, contacting customer support to correct the error.
Despite the clear nature of the issue and my prompt outreach, there was no acknowledgment that errors could occur on their end or that the order could have been stopped before production began. While I respect that custom orders cannot be easily canceled or returned, given these circumstances there should have been an escalation path to resolve the problem.
Instead, I was met with rigid policies: because items are “custom-made,” no cancellations or adjustments were allowed—even though production had not yet started. After significant back-and-forth, the only resolution offered was a 25% discount code for a future purchase, which felt inadequate. To make matters worse, the responses throughout the process appeared AI-generated—impersonal and repetitive—further diminishing confidence in their customer care.
This was intended as a thoughtful gift, yet it became a source of stress and frustration.
Bottom line: If you value responsiveness, flexibility, and authentic service, look elsewhere.

With this being my first order from this company I had initially seen reviews that weren't the best but I decided to give them a try anyways. I am so glad I did. I feel like the jewelry is priced right and good quality. I had a minor issue with my order and customer service took care of this issue quickly, professionally, and with care and we were able to resolve my issue. I look forward to being a returning customer in the future!

I want to be fair in this review, so I’ll mention that Wear Felicity did send me a replacement charm. However, both charms — the original and the replacement — arrived with serious issues. The product is simply not what they advertise.

Their website claims to sell “handcrafted painted pet portrait charms” with beautiful illustrated examples. What you actually receive is not painted, illustrated, or handcrafted artwork. It’s just a low-quality, distorted photo print sealed onto metal.

The first charm had my pet’s body completely manipulated and warped — stretched and altered in a way that looked nothing like the original photo. The replacement charm came with a different issue: one of the eyes appeared darkened and blackened, which is not in the photo I provided.

These problems show this isn’t an isolated mistake — it’s how their entire process works.

They also advertise shipping as 1–2 weeks, but in reality it takes 8–25 business days. They justify this by saying the charms are “handcrafted,” yet when questioned, they admitted the “craftsmanship” refers only to the metal, not the portrait. That is misleading and false advertising.

Customer service was extremely slow and unhelpful. Every response was basically, “We can’t redo or refund because it’s custom,” even though the product did not match their own descriptions or examples. They refused to issue a refund, and I ultimately had to dispute the charge with my bank to get my money back.

Save yourself the frustration, wasted money, and long wait. There are plenty of honest sellers — especially on Etsy — who truly offer handcrafted, high-quality work. Wear Felicity does not deliver what they promise.
