disgraceful customer relations.

Supported a kickstarter project for in ear headphones by wearhaus.
While support for the original over ear headphones was reasonable the communication and support for the newly released in ear "beam" headphones has been disgraceful with no contact to let supporters know what's going on with the shipping and a pretty much predictable disregard for any promised communication and shipping dates.
Customers complaining about problems with the sharing function have also received no responses on the kickstarter page.
