The fabric is lovely but there sizing is wildly off. I bought 2 sets of size small and the trouser length on one is 26 inch vs 31 inch on the other. Obviously the one is significantly too long. A ret... See more

We do organic. It’s all we’ve ever known and it is what separates us from the trend chasers and the half-hearted. Our authenticity allows us to challenge the stereotypes of organic -- it’s too expensive, it’s only important when it comes to food, it’s only for environmental activists. Wrong - it’s for everyone -- all day, every day -- from work to travel to lazy Sunday mornings in bed and even those crazy on-the-go days. Our clothes are practical, comfortable, and easy because life isn’t always so. If it is a textile that touches the skin, Pact is the one-stop-shop where consumers can find organic alternatives that fit their lifestyle because doing good should be easy.

Amjad helped me today with a return and…
Amjad helped me today with a return and he went ABOVE & BEYOND. Not only did he quickly find a solution, he also added $15 PACT cash to my account for the mix-up. PACT customer service is amazing and I am leaving as a happy, lifetime customer. Thank you!
If you use store credit and try to return items, partial refund is given as store credit
My order total was $308, I had $62.81 of pact cash to use, bringing the total charged to my card to $245.19. There are two items totaling $53 I am trying to return and the system is showing:
Refund to Paypal 42.20 USD
Refund to Store Credit 10.80 USD
I called customer service and they said this is how it is, part of the pact cash was used to pay for every item on my order and the remainder was charged to my card. They can't change it, that's the way the system works.
I can't find this policy listed anywhere on their account and the customer service representative would not answer my question when I asked where I could find this policy listed.
I have never seen this with any other company I have dealt with. If the amount you are returning is less than the store credit amount you used, you should be able to get a full refund.
Airplane jogger poorly designed
I love the fabric but the design is too large at hip and pockets in place where the entry part tends to stick out. The seams dont stay flat and are lumpy both on inner and outer legs. They feel great but look awful. Got them on final sale. Dont make same mistake as me.
Canadian Returns
As a Canadian customer, I wanted to share my experience ordering from Pact.
While the clothing itself was fine, the returns process for Canada is extremely costly—far more than I expected. I am meticulous about checking return policies before purchasing anywhere, and the website only mentions a $20 USD international return fee to cover return shipping and duties, which I found reasonable.
However, they fail to mention you will also be expected to pay for duties and shipping to the US out of pocket, ON TOP of that $20 USD fee. The cost of making the return was going to be nearly 75% of the value of the item - not worth it.
I reached out to customer service to clarify and see if there was any flexibility, but they only reiterated the return policy and did not offer a solution.
I would strongly encourage other Canadian customers to read the return policy very carefully before ordering, and to consider whether you are comfortable keeping the items regardless of fit.
Unfortunately, due to this experience, I would not order from Pact again.
Do NOT buy from this company!
I ordered 5 items from Pact recently (the pocket leggings, crop top, airplane cardigan and an underwear set) and was quite shocked when they arrived... I knew the style was 'basic/casual' but in person the clothes don't look as good as the photos, the quality of the material is very poor, especially on the leggings and crop top - it's very thick and inflexible, and kinda starchy/rough. Feels like a really cheap cotton, and the stitching also doesn't look great quality. The items also looked huge but then when I tried them on, the leggings were tight on the leg but loose at the waist and started to sag after a day of wearing them. The crop top was a little tight under the arms but loose at the bottom, and moved around a lot when I wore it to the gym, so had to keep readjusting to not reveal too much! It seems like there's an issue with the elasticity or something. I had also bought the cardigan to match the leggings and top (I preferred the pocket leggings to the ones in the 'retreat set' so had to order the 3 items separately). But the colour and material of the cardigan is not the same as the leggings and top. The cardigan is slightly better quality material (although I didn't realise it had elasticated cuffs which I don't like) and a richer black - the leggings and top are not the same black! Side by side they don't match. The underwear was also not soft and looked like cheap cotton. Overall I just thought they were overpriced. But then I also started to get a skin reaction (itchy skin on my legs) after wearing the leggings for a few hours. I didn't think it could be due to the leggings at the time, but I have since seen on Reddit that several other people reported this issue and apparently there was an expose about Pact allegedly using toxic chemicals on the clothing. Now I'm quite worried actually. I also wished I'd checked Reddit before ordering from Pact as it's FULL of negative reviews (while their own website only has positive reviews... interesting). People saying similar things about the quality and the clothes not lasting at all, and that they are potentially not as eco as they seem.
When I tried returning the clothes I found out they charge a huge fee for returns (this wasn't clear as I didn't realise that Pact weren't a UK company and the policy only mentions 'international shipping').
Overall I would avoid this company at all costs. The stuff is totally overpriced and they are potentially greenwashing. You can get better elsewhere.
BEYOND CRAP.
Illfitting and poor quality overall.
Garmets loose their stretch and shape very quickly. Within a few hours of wearing them They went from being a tight, thick pair of leggings to being a baggy, stretched out pair that made my knees look like a rhinos’ vulva (Sorry Rhinoes).
I bought two pairs and they haven’t lasted well at all.
The return fee was £15, and it’s also not possible to exchange items, therefore you have to pay for re-delivery. But tbh I now wish I’d returned them anyway and spent the money on something more useful (like a plastic frying pan).
BEYOND CRAP.
Eff you Pact.
I lost £60.
Great experience with Pact
Great experience with Pact. The quality is solid, super soft and comfortable basics that hold up well over time. I also like that they focus on organic materials and ethical production.
Sizing can vary a bit depending on the item, but overall very happy and would order again.

my items are too large. I should not have to pay for a refund due to inconsistent sizing. I have size small in other leggings from you and they are much smaller than these (see photo) also the new leggings are cut so they go out at the waist not in (see photo) The cream top is skin tight across the bust but huge on my ribs. Strange as I am an A cup?? There is no way I can teach in these. They will move/fall. Finally there are lots of broken stitches see photo

Hello Sarah,
This is Hakim from Pact customer service following up to confirm that we have sent you an email regarding your inquiry on March 16.
The email stated: I'm truly sorry to hear about the sizing issues and defects you've experienced with your recent order. I understand how disappointing it can be when products do not meet expectations, especially when it affects your ability to teach comfortably.
To better assist you and resolve this matter promptly, could you please share photos of the inside label and the areas where the stitching is broken on the leggings? This will help us verify the issues and determine the best course of action.
Regarding the cream top, I’d like to clarify if it was received in a different fit or size than expected, and I’ll be happy to guide you through the return process if needed.
Please note, the leggings you received are from our latest version, which is now available in one size option, and this might explain some of the sizing differences. However, we want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase and will do our best to address your concerns.
Looking forward to your response so we can resolve this quickly.

I WANT THEM TO PAY FOR A RETURN LABLE AS THE ITEMS AT NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE
Customer Service Highly Lacking - Poor Communication
Made a purchase on 3/6/26. I still hadn't received the apparel item by 3/18/26, and so I decided to email them. First they told me to just login and look at the orders page to see shipping info?, and then on 3/19/26 they finally told me the item sold out before it was able to ship. Then, I looked at my credit card statement and saw they still has not refunded this order in the amount of $48.64 and then they responded to my twice trying to tell me that they had refunded me. I had returned several items and so there were 4 refunds back to the original payment method, but those 4 refunds were all for other orders -- not this order that never shipped. I had to take my time and put together a list of the order numbers and amounts, which is something they should be doing, NOT ME! I just don't understand in 2026 how customer service can still be this bad that these reps can't look up basic information, the same thing that I did.
UPDATE: Their customer service confirmed that an automated email is supposed to go out to inform if an order could not be fulfilled. In my case, it was confirmed that the automated email never got sent. I waited 2 weeks for this item, and was never notified I wasn't charged and this wasn't shipped. When I finally did contact Wear Pact.com on 3/18, this could have been so easily cleared up with one email, but instead I was told to just login and click on orders, and then I was told I was refunded on 3/12, which was not true. I got the run-around for another week and it's time I don't have.
Pact customer service did give me $20 in Pact credits to use on their site. For that reason, I've upgraded from 1 star to 2 stars.
BUT I shouldn't have had to go through all of this drama, to get to this resolution and understanding. All of this back and forth could have been resolved on 3/18/26 when I first contacted Pact Apparel.
My items arrived
My items arrived. All the same size. One was way too big, the other looked like a child's small with no stretch, and it was not pictured small. The other fit correctly. 2 items were a different color. Black was gray and red was like a dirty brown. Because they were on sale they chose not to make it right. I would absolutely skip this one. They spend their money on social media ads not making customers happy. Hope this saves someone. There are some other great companies in this space.
Terrible customer service
Customer service is absolutely horrible. I tried to purchase items on sale since they are very pricey, and the items were not included in my order since they “went out of stock before order fulfillment. When I reached out and expressed my frustration at them failing to properly fulfill my order and keep inventory correct on the website and request a solution, they said they would only give me $9 to cover shipping if I made another purchase which is incredibly insulting. Safe to say, I will not be ordering from pact again.
This company has not given me a refund after weeks and customer service is not good
This company does not have good customer service, and still has not provided me a refund for things that were returned and it has been weeks. Plus, their sizing is not right, and the quality of the products was not great - very flimsy and thing. Overall, not a good experience and would not recommend that you shop with them. Very dissappointing experience.
Smelly items, brokem box, broken old and dirty bags for the items, yak cloths stinky, faulty demaged clothes at delivery
Smelly items, demaged items, old bagd dirty and resued, broken and badly taped box, lomg wait, advosed failty demaged items were delivered and they asked me to pay for return of a FAULTY ITEM they delivered to Me. My time is extremelt valuable and This compay is huge no scam and mislead adv as well illegal acts as wants to be paid to deliver faulty items, not happening. They remiburse Me for the time and inconvenience occured due to their negligence with all full refound and apply the voucher that did not work in their website. Voucher was promised and was adv. 15% off. They have not reimbursed yet. Vivo barefoot did it within minutes and with kindness, so did Bhumi organoc clothing that have wonderfull packaging and not stinky clothes all wrapped in organic cotton bags, clean and pretty, with new boxes for delivery and good custumer services to Me. Pact is a hige scam, many reported plastic in clothes too not adv, somethig that is fined for Milions in Australia and Pact is getting imvestigated and in court and is going to loose badly. Karma works well, very well!
Order not delivered
I placed an order on Feb 17 and I still haven't received it. When I checked the tracking number it said it was delivered on Feb 21 and then another entry said it has been processed and will be delivered soon and that was on Feb. 22. Nothing after that. I'm still waiting to connect with a human agent.
Pact made an error with my order and…
Pact made an error with my order and Vee was very helpful and resolved the issue. Before connecting with Vee, I had several email exchanges with AI that were frustrating and didn't address the problem. Thanks Vee!
$65 Underwear Falls Apart after ONE WASH
Bought a $65 pack of underwear. One wash later, they are all falling apart at the seams, with holes and loose threads. Feels like a scam.
Expensive items can pose a risk to health
I was inspired by the idea of buying homewear made from organic cotton, so I purchased a black velour set (trousers and a hoodie) as well as another pair of beige velour trousers. However, the extremely poor quality of the fabric has caused serious inconvenience and even posed a risk in my home.
After the very first wash of the black set, the entire washing machine was covered in lint, and when shaken, the garment itself continued to shed a large amount of fibres. But the most concerning issue has been the impact on our elderly cat — her water and food bowls have constantly been filled with lint from the outfit. I was changing the water every two hours, yet black fibres were still floating in it, preventing her from drinking properly.
Wearing this set at home resulted in lint being everywhere — in the air and on all surfaces. It was a dreadful week. I decided to give it another chance and washed it again with three additional rinse cycles. However, this did not solve the problem. I cannot even wipe surfaces, as they immediately become covered in lint again. And, of course, our cat continues to suffer.
It is alarming that such expensive items can pose a risk to health.
Hopefully your things arrive undamaged!
They shipped me my things and their shipper damaged my product in shipping. A week went by with no one notifying me or following up. I have a trip in a week and asked that they could just reship the items to arrive in the next 10 days, and they would not. I will get a refund but the fact they were unwilling to fix the situation in a timely matter is unacceptable. Spending $130 on a sweatsuit should come with decent shipping.
Misleading company and dirty broken…
Misleading company and dirty broken demanged items.
Adv online 15% off, website did not work and was not applied and they did not refound yet stating they cant refound.
Accc laws nsw au have milions taken back for misleading adv from compamy back to consumers so Pact is most def. Getting a legal process and investigations and lose Milions and give Back all money to Me and other custumers.
My time is 30 min $1500 and also above any pricing.

Disappointed in how easily stained, torn, and snagged
Disappointed in how easily stained, torn, and snagged these lovely, soft, not particularly inexpensive garments are. I bought three T's and three nightgowns, and within a few months of normal wear, there was the kind of damage that meant I could only wear these items at home alone. I don't put excessive wear and tear on my clothing -- I don't know what happened. Money down the drain.
