Fast, clean very effectiv and work experiened enginiers

Just had one kitchen window to be changed. Kept updated with a time for the window fitters to come. Window fitters very friendly and efficient. Tidied up all mess. Very happy with the window so far.

Had two new doors fit yesterday 15/01/25 there were a couple of little things not quite right so rang Hugo & someone came out this morning 16/01/25 first thing & sorted it...fitters was lovely friendly & cleaned everything and left everywhere & tidy respected my property.
This morning again they respected my property & left it clean....Thank you

I have used Weatherguard more than once.I highly recommend them The staff are really helpful and always quick to answer the phone.I am highly delighted with my new window.The window fitters were fast and clean ,not leaving any debris .

The salesperson was professional and knowledgeable and explained products with patience.
After a couple of minor delays the door is fitted, looks beautiful, fitters cleaned up and took the old door etc with them. Hugo can brighten anyone’s day with his chat. Strongly recommended.

I called Weatherguard for a quote for 2 windows. The sales person who came was very pushy, but I was sold on the price. The ordering process was fast and the sales staff are friendly and helpful. The price was very competitive when compared to other companies, some of which were quoting us almost twice the price. The fitters arrived on time and fitted the products well, although the finer details were not as good in one area. The sealants. White sealant looked as though it had been applied hurriedly. This meant it was smeared over the wallpaper and the uPvc noticeably more than I felt was right in some areas. Unfortunately, you cannot undo this so I did tell Weatherguard. As others have said, a few niggles were sorted out in a timely manner. They’d have got the 5 stars if the finish was better.

I know have complained about this company before it took them awhile , but eventually they did an excellent job of replacing my window and my roof tiles well done Weatherguard

A pleasant salesman came round and gave us a decent quote and said there would be a 6 to 8 weeks lead time. 10 weeks later and still waiting for an installation date. If you phone up and ask for an installation date they say "Not possible at the moment, I'll get back to you." But they never do so I'm in limbo and waiting for something to happen - anything!

The installers finally arrived 15 weeks and 3 days after the contract was signed totally without warning. Luckily I was in anyway so Paul and his assistant got straight down to work and ripped out the old door and installed the new front door within two hours. The door is everyting we expected - looks good and gives a new level of security and protection against the weather.

Just had my brand new door and glass panel fitted and could not be happier. From the first phone call the service has been impeccable. No pushy sales pitch. Great price and payment plan agreed with no pressure. Can’t wait to use again and will be using again.

Paul was fantastic throughout the entire process, not only providing clear and detailed explanations to me but also to Ben, the young man working with him. Both of them were friendly, efficient, and left everything spotless once the job was done. The whole experience was seamless, and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. I can and will highly recommend Weatherguard to anyone looking for professional, reliable service. Truly an outstanding team!

Weatherguard did a great job fitting new windows and doors a couple of years ago and at a competitive price, with the highest quality double glazing, and unlike certain other companies who lie about their products, weatherguard were open and honest throughout. Not only that the after care has been amazing, even 2 years down the line.
I decided to write this review today because I asked them about replacing my guttering. Hugo has had the courtesy to call me to explain why I don't need to do this and what I actually need to do, which I can do myself. I can't fault weatherguard at all, from their sales reps right thru to aftercare. It's been a great experience using them. They genuinely seem to be about helping people improve their homes at the best price possible, unlike other firms which seem to focus on getting as much money out of their customers as they can.
