Very poor clients service, jacuzzi does not correspond to description.

The jacuzzi that I ordered was supposed to have an on off botton, that botton serves to empty the jacuzzi and there in on on-off! There is no way to control the duration of heating . The customer service does not reply. They do not provide a telephone number. Only the sales department is very quick to reply when they need your money... Also delivery took 2 months more than predicted. Not recommanded at all.

Atendimento pós‑venda – O nosso serviço de pós‑venda tem um tempo de resposta médio de 3 a 5 dias úteis, e todos os e‑mail são respondidos por ordem de chegada. Consultando o nosso registo, a última comunicação foi a enviada por nós no dia 08/04, onde explicávamos o que poderia estar a acontecer e solicitávamos a realização de alguns testes. Desde essa data, não obtivemos qualquer resposta da sua parte. Caso nos tenha enviado alguma mensagem após 08/04, pedimos que a reenvie, pois pode ter ocorrido alguma falha na receção. Estamos aqui para o ajudar.

Funcionamento do botão – O equipamento que adquiriu foi um spa com adaptação ao público, e conforme explicado durante o processo comercial antes da compra, o botão de ligar/desligar tem exatamente essa função – ligar e desligar o equipamento. Pois é um display simples para que o publico possa usar.

Prazo de entrega – O spa adquirido foi um modelo personalizado, cujo prazo de fabrico é de 120 a 150 dias, conforme comunicado antes da compra. O equipamento foi enviado dentro deste prazo contratado. A única extensão adicional deveu‑se ao facto de residir na Ilha de Portugal e a transportadora ter enfrentado atrasos devido a condições climatéricas adversas, situação que também lhe foi oportunamente comunicada. Não se tratou, portanto, de um atraso imputável ao fabrico ou ao envio por nossa parte.

Lamentamos que o percalço com o transporte tenha afetado a sua perceção geral. Continuamos disponíveis para resolver qualquer questão técnica pendente – basta reenviar o e‑mail para o nosso pós‑venda, e terá todo o nosso apoio.

I bought this spa 3 month ago

I bought this spa 3 month ago.
Right from the beginning, there was a leaking pipe and the Bluetooth is not working.
If you are lucky and you spa is working, its a nice product. But don't expect any help from them to fix a issue. There is on a weekly basis some one responding, and asking the same question all the time. Very very disappointing after sale service

delivery was not left at my house, but at a neighbours parkway 5 minutes away, which was inconvenient for him and me. Luckylly he called me. I had to get transport to pick it up and help and while moving it I injured my arm as there were nails sticking out the crate, after this I looked and the nails were sticking in all 4 sides. what an unprofesional, careless and dangerous way of packing it.

My experience with this company has…

My experience with this company has been extremely positive. The communication with Tati Flores was prompt and incredibly helpful in choosing the right Jacuzzi. The delivery was fast and efficient. I would recommend this company without hesitation

Absolutely disgusting…

Absolutely disgusting attitude,behaviour and customer service. Ordered the Hidra whirlpool, took over 6 weeks to deliver with no communication in between, when it finally arrived the taps were missing and the icing on the cake was the entire bath was the wrong one sent. When contacted to rectify THIER mistake took 10 days to reply offering £45 in compensation only, then had to pay to have it packaged again, followed by numerous phone calls, text messages and whatsapp messages to chase the exchange to which i’v had no response at all still waiting for an exchange 11 weeks later as item sat in my frong garden. The lady at the end of the phone Linda is the most incompetent advisor you can come across. Do not recommend. Stay clear.

Cheap defective parts. No customer service. Our house was flooded.

We ordered this very very expensive bath in February. It finally arrived in June. It was fitted a few days ago and immediately flooded our house. The fitters returned and identified very poor quality parts which had failed.
We have tried to contact them now for two days. They do not respond to phone or email. They seem not care about accountability or their customers. Avoid them.

Don't buy from this company!!!!

I ordered a Hydromassage bath back In September 2024, it finally got fitted in November 2024, it started leaking, I logged a case and was told this must have happened in transit and I should fix the leak, other problems including the control panel not responding when you have wet hands (a bit unless for a bath), the taps moving etc. This company has yet to resolve any of the problems on this £1500 premium hydrobath, Save your money and find another company who gives a shit about there customers

Terrible Experience! Avoid This Company! ⭐ 1/5


I ordered a whirlpool bathtub on December 1st, 2024, and had to wait an entire month for delivery, finally receiving it on January 3rd, 2025. Due to home renovations, I kept it stored safely without opening it immediately. When I finally unboxed it on February 18th for installation, I was shocked to find that:

❌ The bathtub was severely cracked in one corner
❌ The air pump was broken
❌ A white hose was damaged

I have tried multiple times to contact the company via email and chat, but I am being completely ignored! No response, no solution, nothing! It seems that once they take your money, they no longer care about their customers.
I can not upload photos to see exactly how damaged is the bathtub.
⚠️ I do not recommend this company to anyone! If you have any issues, you will receive zero support. I will continue to file complaints and report this situation to the authorities.

Avoid this company unless you want to lose your money and receive a damaged product!

Do not use this company be warned !

They have a lovely looking website. The Delos bath looks lovely until it is delivered. The bath panels on it are not removable as a plumbing and gas engineer of 30 years. I purchased this for myself. It is impossible to install and level correctly.
Upon arrival, I unpackaged the whirlpool bath and removed the several screws from around the bath panels so I could remove them to get it inside and install later I found that the screws only fixed the bottom of the bath panels and they had fibreglass the top of the panels in position making them nonremovable which is also very very bad on a whirlpool bath for maintenance. I contacted them immediately about this and asked why are they not removable? I had already seen photos on their website of how to install it with the Bath panels removed. This is definitely not the case trust me.
The lady that answers the phone in England is very helpful to be honest but you have to email all your pictures to them and they are definitely not helpful. They take days to get back to me. I did actually say I’m one of my emails. Don’t worry I would not do a review as I feel like it is bad for businesses But unfortunately, I feel like protecting people from making the same mistake as I have.
I was told I had to repackage the bath so before I did I inspected it thoroughly and found that was actually some damage to the bath that was causing manufacturing. There is also pit holes in the bath where it has not been cast correctly. They are now trying to charge me £615 to return the bath to themselves to get a refund and in my eyes this is not acceptable on their website. It actually says they have multiple engineers in this country. Why would they not send one out to inspect the bath and they can clearly see that the bath is damaged definitely not caused by myself.
I have now instructed my lawyers and my credit card company to reclaim my funds and I will also be trying to charge storage due to the amount of time it takes them to get back to me to resolve this problem. I hope this helps somebody not making them the same mistake as I have.

We´ve ordered one Spa, one Sauna and one Bath Cabin a few months ago. The time of delivery was as informed and altough it take same time, and the order did not arrive all at the same time it did arrive as informed. It´s a great Value for money comparing with other equipments. Guarantee also worked as it should.

Terrible company. Have we been scammed?

Ordered and paid for a Jacuzzi for a client. Was careful to make sure delivery would be on a workday over a months later, checked with them twice just to make sure of my schedule, proceeded to completely tear out the bathroom and have a crew on hand to carry the jacuzzi up into an apartment. On delivery day they send an email saying that there has been a 12 WEEK DELAY!!! Now 1 week waiting for the refund and they don’t answer the phone nor email. Dishonest, incompetent and definitely not trustworthy!!

We do not understand your comment, as it does not match the reality of the facts and I would appreciate it if you would reflect on it.
It is true that you ordered a piece of equipment and once at the time of shipping and due to a failure in our inventory, we were out of stock. At that moment, we contacted you and offered you all possible ways out such as: the production of a new product in which the deadline was 12 weeks (not as you said that we said a delay, it was optional) and one of them was the return of the money, measure accepted and that was produced in the next 5 working days, i.e., it is not a "scam" as you say.
We also saw in your profile that you are only dedicated to posting bad comments about the companies damaging and not leading to the reality of the facts and being so, we make a call again to reflect on the acts.
We regret the situation and will work to prevent it from happening again.

Great offer and communication

The communication was easy, the products are trendy and cheaper that in other websites for the same quality and including extras (as MP3 reader, lights,...) which are oftenly additional costs with Sauna shops or online stores. For more modern saunas, stylish, it's a good choice.

8 month update

so, i have come back to write up after 8 months of use. we emptied the spa and turned it off during summer, as it is too hot to use during the Algarve summer. Just re-filled and put back on this week an all is still great.

Still think this is one of our best buys, the SPA works really well. I have learnt how to adjust the water chemicals now and how to keep the water good, which is different to a swimming pool. The jets and pumps and air pumps all work great and the diffuser gives off a great scent. I did have a small issue with one of the speakers that was hissing, contact support and within a few days a new one arrived and got fitted with no problem.

I would (and do to friends) reccommend this company and their products

Value for the money we paid

We were dubious about purchasing a spa offline but there are no spa shops near us in Central Portugal so took a gamble. The company were very helpful in any questions we had prior to buying so we decided to order. We ordered one that was in stock so that we did not have to wait for a long lead time after we had paid our money. The company that they use for delivery in Portugal delivered the spa the day before delivery, luckily we were in, but they only sent one driver with a sack truck, unloading it on his own would have resulted in damage to the spa. Luckily we were able to help move the spa with him. It did not come in cardboard packaging but maybe because we bought one of the cheaper models. We had an electrician put the electrics in, filled it and it worked straight away. Unfortunately the instructions do not come in English so they had to be translated via Mr Google and also Webahidromassagem responded very quickly to a few questions we needed to clarify. but they are quite complicated to work out and I have owned spas before which were much more simple. For the money we paid we are pleased with the spa, the downside is that if you have a problem they are not able to send an engineer, and you have to change any parts yourself - we had a leak and were instructed to re-seal the joints but the leak dried up so this has not been necessary. We have been using the spa for 4 months now with minimal problems, I will post an update maybe in 6 months when I have seen now if functions over a longer period. But all in all we are pleased so far.

DO NOT BUY - pls read and I am happy to share more via emails

We paid for a spa in December. More than €8000

Delivered in January by ONE older guy who asked for help to unload the box of 400 kg package! It took 3 other guys to help him unload.

We unpacked a week later and installed and by then it’s early feb. It wouldn’t heat up. So we called and they said … THE SUPPORT ONLY WORK BY EMAIL AND YOU HAVE TO TAKE VIDEO TO DESCRIBE THE PROBLEM.

Also, they don’t speak English because THEY DON’T expect to have English speaking clients! (Why did they not tell me before they accept my English money?!!)

So … after rude responses, we were told to get a technician that WE HAVE TO PAY FOR. €379!!

It will take between 3-10 days after payment.

2 and a HALF WEEKS LATER, she came. And couldn’t solve the problem.

Went away.

A month later came back still can’t solve the problem.

When I wrote this review, it’s APRIL. They have ignored our emails. Sales office can’t help because “We are sales. Not support!” Meaning we are here to take your money but can’t help you.

The last time we ask for our money back, they response: “in Europe you have 30 days for that. It’s now too late. Bad luck.”

We are going to find a lawyer to see if we can get our money back.
