Delighted with the experience
Overall I am delighted with the delivery time, and customer service.
I ordered a Paracon KNIGHT chair and it arrived after 1 day.
Also, I made a mistake in my address and I sent them a request to change it and the customer service answered me in a matter of minutes even shortly after their work hours.
The chair glides super smooth, the backrest tilt also tilts so smoothly compared to my previous no-name gamer chair, you can see that the chair is super quality.
The only thing that surprised me is that the chair is firmer than I expected but I found to really like it and it's comfortable. The first time I sat on it after assembly I had a big smile on my face because I realised I finally have a high-quality chair that doesn´t squeak after 2 days of use and is so easy to move around.

My chair broke after few months of…
My chair broke after few months of purse only. I was watching a lot of movies with it and when I do I like to tilt backwards. The support part of the chair which is made of metal was bending and then broke off. I wasent tilting a lot but I guess if you weight 95kg it won't support you after a long period. For my butt it was awful, I couldnt sit longer then an hour on it. I used a pillow to make it softer. I was not happy with this. Another chair I had before this lasted for around 5 years before starting to break. It was made of wood with soft pillow to sit on and costed 1/3 of this. Very unhappy with this and unlikely to buy it again.

That doesn't sound good. We would love to fix your chair. If you would contact us with some pictures and your order number, we will take a look at it right away.
The chair is supposed to be able to withstand 95kg and also last a lot longer, so it seems like the chair might have had a defect. It does take a bit of time to get used to sit in the chair, because it is very ergonomically shaped to make sure that it is healthy to sit in, so you can sit in it for a long time without worrying about your back or issues like that.
