Should give this website no stars but can't ordered my item in October they did tell me it wouldn't be ready till Jan 12th OK when that came an went I emailed a far few time they must have read them because I got a refund through PayPal but still no reply on email I would have preferred the item I was waiting for I email a couple of time after refund but still they just must be really bad (business) people, there not going to go far and I think they know 🤬
Good resolution to my issue
I placed an order and had an email to say it was damaged in shipping and as it was xmas crackers that wouldnt get here in time, they refunded my money however, the refund to my paypal account didn't complete. I emailed WBIS and they investigated, found it was an IT fault Paypals end and resolved the issue. I now have my refund and felt that my complaint was handled really well. Yes, I was disappointed in not getting my order and having to send a couple of emails yet how it was handled is most important. For me, the customer service was very good

Put in an order three weeks ago. Not heard anything apart from the initial confirmation email. They have not replied to my email or facebook messages. My young son is upset as he did the order with his own money and was looking forward to getting his Harry Potter bag.

I made an order on the 27th of december i have been emailing them over and over and not recieved one email back on the 2nd of january i then got a email from paypal that they had refunded me through paypal but still no contact from the company.After waiting a week i was informed by paypal they had canceled my refund and im now awaiting a reply as to where my money is.Customer service is poor cant even get a email back after weeks not 1 even regarding the order.

Awful company. Sent wrong item and will not respond to emails other than to say a response will be received in 48 hours. I have tried three times over two weeks. No response at all and now it's too close to Christmas to get a replacement. Awful. I recommend you avoid this company altogether.

Ordered a few bits in the black friday sale, no word from the team at We Believe in Santa as to when it was arriving. Eventually chased my order and threatened to cancel due to the wait, only to be told coincidentally my order was out for delivery that day.
Instead of letting the delivery go ahead, they cancelled it immediately and refunded me in full.
Leaving me debating whether my order was ever even out for delivery!
Got to thank them though for processing quick refund via paypal, it's just a shame the refund took over a week to go back into my account.
Such a waste of time, you're putting small retailers to shame!

I am now still waiting my items of which I had ordered them on the 26th Nov 2019. It has been 2 weeks time but not a single email mentioning whether my items was ready and shipped or any other update was sent to me. It was a very disappointing shopping experience as money had already taken but nothing can i get in return. I won't recommend this to any of the people i know
Very poor customer service
Ordered item on 29 November 10 am. Just got an email on 5th December 8 pm to say they "don't actually have that item" - why wait a week to tell me? I could have been shopping else where for it. And how does their website work if you can order something that they do not actually have in stock? Obviously I will not be shopping here again. Ever. They've had my money for a week, now I'm awaiting a refund. They offered a different item - that's nothing like what I ordered! Unfortunately, Santa would get a bad reputation if he turned up with that. Not even remotely similar! Disappointed big time.

Where is my order?
I placed an order with We believe in Santa on the 24th September, the money was taken from my account the next day. I got an email with confirmation of the order and that I would be notified when the order was out for delivery. I sent an email to the email on their website on the 27th September asking for an expected delivery date as one wasnt provided in the email and the order was presents for someones birthday (birthday has now gone and I had to get them something else). I got no response and there is no contact number on their website!
HOW DO I GET MY ORDER OR MONEY BACK????

Will be filing a case with small claims to get my money back.
