I have been with WebHostingBuzz for 17 years, which has to speak for itself. However, after working in web design for over 20 years, I have encountered many servers from clients, and nothing compared. The support at WebHostingBuzz is the absolute best support I have ever had. Most recently a WebHostingBuzz support team led by Filip helped me migrate a site over including emails. I was blown away by the care and help. WebHostingBuzz go out of their way to help more than any host I have ever worked with! Absolute legends!

Jeremy - the most patient person on the planet - managed to eke out the right information from me using non-techie language, then managed to help by setting things into 'maintenance mode' for me. I've been a customer of theirs for 18 years, and today was one of the first times i ever really needed to reach out for support; and i'm happy to say their support rocks, i received prompt responses on my support ticket from technician Ivan D. while working to figure out an issue on one of my websites.

I was also working with Godaddy support as they were the registrar for the domain i was having issues with, and their support was atrocious! I decided to transfer my domain on the spot to webhostingbuzz and keep my domain and webhost all in the same place where i know ill get reliable support.

Since switching internet providers, I have experienced numerous issues, from not being able to update my website to not even being able to access my website. In my various chat sessions, Teodora, Nikolay and Blagovest have all been very helpful in at least determining what is going on. Hopefully, the new internet provider can take over from here. Timely and clear information, as well as an enormous willingness to support all my doubts

I have had email issues with WHB for >5 months. Incoming mails are randomly rejected with weird messages. They say my senders have bad headers and they should fix it. Why? Some are huge multinationals; why would they have bad headers to that customers, employees and vendors can't communicate. Some are from comcast domains. Do they think Joe-average messes with the email headers? This has been since start of new year, so I suspect it's due to a scheduled software update. And now my outgoing emails get randomly rejected on the other end. They at WHB are clueless. I would not use WHB if you intend to send or receive email through an address attached to your domain. Never. Pain in the asterisk. So frustrating I am leaving, even though I'm paid up for a long time in advance.
