I regret purchasing this service. I purchased the reseller hosting service.
They're only interested in taking your money; they don't provide real support, they don't answer tickets or messages, they're completely unhelpful, and the server is down for weeks at a time. I had problems with my clients and lost a lot of investment and customers because of this terrible service. I sincerely hope you don't buy this terrible service.

Do not buy their hosting! they dont refund money back i cant even change nameservers in there.. carbage hosting!

I purchased their hosting, which was okay, but not what it said in the description. After doing some research, I found out he owned JixHost and just changed the name because of the bad reviews. He is desperate for sales; he sells on eBay, which you know overcrowds the servers.

Also, reading online, he is good at removing negative reviews, so you might not see this.

Also I am not saying his service does not work, just a little shady on his listings.

They never gave me what i paid for they lied about their Services provided. They suspended my account Under the 5 day window. Then when I went to request my data they decided to hold it hostage. 10 minutes later they decided to delete my data when I told them I wanted to move my data to another hosting company. Then I was mocked for using the trial. I bought the most expensive cpanel reseller hosting they had and they never gave me the resources that they offered stay away from these crooks.

You offer an incredible service, the bad thing is when you affect your client by changing DNS, By changing someone's DNS, AVOID ME having to attend to many clients who call me angry because you changed the DNS of the server I had, for example ns56.website .. .com, to ns85.website...com, you affect all the clients that have the domain provider with the dns ns56. That is not right.

Like seriously, their support is fast like electric! Even if you are a beginner, your mind should be at rest with WebsitePlex!

SERVERS:
There servers goes down at least 2 hours every week.. I know he would respond and tell me that it's cloud bla bla bla... hence it's down while writing this review

SECURITY:
They are not doing anything to protect there customers.. They use a server infested with viruses, check his Imunify account and you will see. How can you trust someone who his domain was stolen lol... too much of security

SUPPORT:
EXTREMELY slow... they respond after a day or two with the most stupidest response, it's always respond to half of your ticket support. Simply horrible and no sense of customer service (be nice when you respond)

PRICES:
Decent, but there are better else where

NOT AMERICAN
This company is not American, no business records were found in Florida, you will start with Spanish language once you sign up

any how, this company is horrible and NOT reliable... stay away from them

The worst service in the world.
The worst service in the world.
I called yesterday because we did not receive a reply in ticket to the support service.
They picked up the phone and promised to answer the ticket as soon as possible.
Instead, the day has passed. No one responded to the ticket.
The support service does not pick up the phone, ignoring emails, Facebook Messenger - everywhere.
The problem is still unresolved.
Do not order anything from this hosting / domain provider.

Its clear because you disagreed with a common policy among hosts and were explained on it, you felt it was rude. So in order to not be rude we have to do everything you want, no matter what? This makes no sense in any culture. You were not being reasonable.
