Excellent choice, best app experience

I’ve been using WebToNative for the past two years, and it has been an absolute game-changer for my business. The platform makes it incredibly easy to convert a website into a mobile app with minimal effort. The customization options are intuitive, and the app performance is outstanding. Unfortunately, after testing my published app created using Webtonative's service, I noticed that some features do not work because an unsuitable method was used to generate the app. In fact, the browser used by Webtonative to open my app does not support certain APIs that other more common browsers do. The Webtonative staff is not up to date with the new professional tools provided by Google to create apps for websites using PWA. The result is that after almost three months of testing, I ended up with a published app that does NOT work. Now I’ll have to pay someone else to fix the errors and Webtonative's incompetence. I will never use their services again, and I do not recommend them.

I am revising my previous review because, in the end, I appreciated the effort of the Webtonative staff in completing the entire process for publishing my app, which is finally on Google Play after almost three months. There was a significant delay, though I’m not sure if it was due to Google, but I did receive the service I paid for.

My order dates back to two months ago. I paid for both the service to generate the .aab file and the service to handle the publication of the app on the Play Store. After two months, the publication is still being rejected by Google Play Store with the following reasons:
- Testers were not engaged with your app during your closed test.
- You didn't follow testing best practices, which may include gathering and acting on user feedback through updates to your app.

Webtonative keep responding that Google has changed its policy for publications.
As a result, since September 29, 2024, every 14 days the test ends and another one starts over and Google continues to deny the app's publication, requesting new 14-day tests indefinitely...

Honestly, they deserve no stars at all. Very bad service and customer support, 2 weeks after buying the service, still can not push the app for a review and they answer to your questions within 6-8 hours, when it is said the support is online. 2 weeks and still can not pushed the app as they pushed the app for 7 days to wrong account , now they need to make custom CSS in order for me to push the app and still no help. I would never recommend to use them, they charge less that other companies as the service is very slow and bad. I have another app build with another company, yes it was 30$ more but way worth it.... so pay more and do not use this service at all.

So I signed up and tried to set up my app but mistakenly clicked on build out of ignorance. I then contacted the support and pleaded, they waved and gave my a second opportunity to build my app for free. The support was so friendly and I loved it.

I recommend this website wholeheartedly. Great experience.

Easy to use and custom support is great

This website is great for creating apps. Support is always there to help, and extra services are affordable and excellent. I feel lucky to have chosen Web2Native.

I choosed the options for my Android app in minutes and purchased the app then. In under 15 minutes the app was delivered to me including the .aab file for submitting it on the Play Store. I had one issue and contacted the support team, they responded to me with fixing the issue same day! I can't believe the quality and support I got from webtonative, I recommend them if you are looking for the best option!

Cost Effective, and very professional communication. I am very happy and definitely will use again.

I was a bit skeptical at first, but the whole process was very straight forward. More importantly the results were very professional and I am very pleased with it.
It is a little pricey - but it is only a one off - so very happy with that. Also you can get a one off rebuild for $9 - just in case it needs tweaking.
I currently have 2 apps and have no hesitancy with using this service again.
