Told them what was wrong with my phone…
*Edit after speaking to them they reassessed my phone. Customer service was good** Told them what was wrong with my phone and they offered me £87.00. Once they recieved it they said that after testing they could offer me £13.00. Or charge me £10 to return the phone to me.

The reason we had to revalue the device was due to the following issues found during testing:

Beyond Economical Repair – Parts Value
Green dead pixels
Unable to refurbish LCD
You mentioned that you sold the phone as faulty, however, please note that our faulty condition also has specific terms and conditions. Selecting the faulty condition does not automatically guarantee the initial quoted price. If the device does not meet the criteria for that condition, we may need to revalue the offer.
I would definitely recommend reading our full terms and conditions before sending a device to us, as these explain the requirements in more detail.
That being said, I’m happy to look at this again and increase your offer if possible. Please reach out to us on email: info@webuytek.co.uk and I’ll be happy to help.
Regarding the £10 return fee, I cannot see any previous conversation between you and us regarding this. We only charge the £10 administration fee when a device has been sent to us with a PIN/account lock or active account, and the customer wants the device returned because they are unhappy with the offer, which doesnt seem to be in your case.
I hope this clarifies the situation, and please feel free to contact us so I can look into the offer for you.

Literally such a quick and easy process selling my phone. Received the free postage pack and sent my phone off yesterday (27.08.26). Had a message and email today (28.08.26) to say it had been received and was being tested. 2 hours later had another message and email to say testing was complete and payment had been sent with no issues found so full quoted price was paid. Couldn’t recommend more

I received an excellent service, it has clear instructions on the process, they offered the highest amount of money on comparable sites for the item I was selling and I received the payment in my bank account the same day as they received the item. I was pleased that I got the exact same amount of money for the item as the company stated in their initial estimate prior to the examination and checks on the product.

Was slightly wary as despite the reviews being mostly positive there were one or two examples of people getting their valuation knocked down. Not at all the case for me, I have been paid my full valuation (very generous compared to other providers considering the cosmetic damage to my phone) within 24hrs of sending it off.
