Worst I've ever used

Been using it for almost a decade,
it is by far the worst web builder available,
it will look different one day to the next, makes changes on its own, glitches constantly, and Webydo support is awful, never really help at all. Do not recommend

Webydo is not good.

Do not build your site with Webydo! It is a slow learning curve. At the end of the day, it is more trouble than it's worth for the time it takes to DIY everything. Their customer service is slow at best. I paid for a Pro membership when I first started with them, and then I did a second website with them. From the time that I started a second site (because I used to trust them) it has been nothing but trouble. Every time I need to troubleshoot something, or I have a question, it takes over 24 hours for them to respond. When they finally respond, they do not solve the issue. It is very frustrating. I have already transitioned one of my sites to a different platform, and I will be doing the same with my second site.

Pretty good customer service and …

Pretty good customer service and respectable design interface (although it does crash a lot).

But after initial sign up for an annual payment plan, it does feel like a trap. You begin creating websites with their service and Webydo can choose to jack up prices anytime they want, giving you no other option other than signing up for another year's plan... causing a startup freelancer to break the bank. Horrible. Run while you can... either towards Squarespace or just pick up coding. It might be more worth it in the long run.

Avoid at all costs.

Do not even think about paying these people anything. Their "Success Managers" are a joke - the only success they are interested in is theirs. Customer service is non existent and when you do get through they just do not see the customers side. Rude and arrogant.

The platform at best is shaky and if you decide that you don't want to use Webydo anymore, they charge you to export your web creations. Once you are in, you are captive. An expensive and horrible, horrible experience that I would sooner forget. Don't say that I didn't warn you.
