I said yes to the dress today! I also visited a couple of weeks ago, and on both occasions I was looked after by Sandra.
Sandra was absolutely lovely, professional, and genuinely sincere. She made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived and took the time to listen to what I was looking for without any pressure. Her knowledge, patience, and friendly approach made the whole experience so enjoyable and special.
Thank you, Sandra, for helping me find my perfect dress. I would highly recommend this bridal shop to any bride-to-be looking for exceptional service.

I’ve had such a wonderful experience buying my dream wedding dress at their Great Bridge/West Bromwich store. From when I first visited, back in February, Dawn was extremely helpful and let me choose several dresses to try on, eventually finding ‘the one’. Today I’ve been to collect my dress and, despite it being busy in the shop, Dawn could sense I was anxious about the dress fitting and so she found the time to let me try it on before taking it home.

I would recommend Dawn and Wed4less to anyone in the Midlands who is looking for a wedding, bridesmaid or prom dress.

I visited today with my daughter for her prom dress. Selina greeted us on arrival and couldn’t do enough to help. My daughter fell in love with a dress which wasn’t actually available but Selina went above and beyond to accommodate. I would 100% return in the future. The lady and manager in the office was lovely and super friendly and professional. The only criticism I have is I think for the price of the dresses you should get a proper dress bag not just a bag like from the dry cleaners. I should have mentioned at the time for them to rectify but didn’t think about it until afterwards. Service was 10/10

Michaela was amazing at the Newcastle shop… she was honest and really helpfully. My daughter needed up with her perfect dress and Micheala was great by helping her picking it out ❤️

Michaela helped us to pick out my daughters prom dress, she was absolutely amazing made my daughter feel like a princess. She was very respectful and kind. She really made the process easy and enjoyable.

went yesterday just for a browse as i had no idea what style of wedding dress i wanted. i was blown away by the choice. there were racks upon racks of dresses in each size and they were all reasonable priced! i chose 3 dresses to try on and Debbie helped me. it is a very relaxed atmosphere no pressure at all. Aa it happened the first dress i tried on was the one! i would definitely recommend wed4less for anyone looking for a wedding dress.

Excellent customer service from Ashley, she spent a lot of time with my daughter making sure she was happy with her choice before we left.. She left very happy. Thank you

Extremely disappointed. My wedding dress started coming apart at the seams before I had even worn it for my wedding ceremony. The damage was clearly due to faulty stitching, not wear and tear or alterations. A wedding dress should be fit for purpose and survive the wedding day, yet mine was already falling apart.

To make matters worse, customer service has refused to accept any responsibility for what is clearly poor workmanship. A very upsetting experience and not the level of quality or service I expected.

I had such an amazing experience with Wed4Less Halifax from start to finish. My sales assistant Mia was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and genuinely made me feel special throughout the whole appointment. She listened carefully, made me feel completely at ease, and helped turn what could have been a stressful experience into such a memorable and exciting one.
When i arranged a follow up viewing of my dress for friends and family the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and relaxed the entire time, as it was at the first appointment. Nothing felt rushed, and I truly felt looked after every step of the way.

Really lovely staff at the Stockport branch .Was devastated when I arrived as had been let down by wed2be my dress would not arrive in time for my wedding which gave me 2weeks to find something to be altered . I had no idea what I wanted walking in and I didn’t know what would suit me! From start to finish Ashley was amazing! She listened to everything I said and even ended up picking out the dress that I chose, to try on (I didn’t know what I wanted and she listened and combined everything I loved into the perfect dress) she was amazing making the experience feel magic! So grateful to ashley in Newcastle shop! And thank you for my dream dress! Couldn’t be happier

I expected to be traipsing around the metro centre, newcastle and every other prom dress shop for my Daughters prom dress. WED4LESS was the first shop we went to.
What can I say.... Sandra was fabulous and knowledgeable, we felt no pressure to buy anything, and Sandra had the patience of a saint. My daughter found her perfect dress!! 👌

There is a wide variety of dresses and nothing was too much hassle. Angie was brilliant, based on what I liked she found similar dresses and brought them to me. She was a real cheerleader, telling me how lovely I looked which was such a nice boost. Would absolutely recommend wed4less and especially Angie. The whole experience was brilliant

I can not tell you how nervous I was about wedding dress shopping as a plus size for and wed4less is the place to go! So much choice and all the styles are modern and not the typical plus size frump. But most of all everyone was so upbeat and positive, knowledgeable and helpful, made me feel beautiful honestly can not thank them enough. But please ask for Renee she was the kindest, most upbeat, helpful, positive girl who made my dress shopping an absolute pleasure. She made me feel at ease, built me up , made me smile and laugh and had great advice and knowledge. I was her first ever bride at the store and she remembered every detail about me, my wedding and made me feel super special. Plus size girls go for her she fully made me feel comfortable and like a princess. The dress is stunning and amazing quality couldn’t speak any higher thank you!
