I never leave bad reviews ever and I am telling you AVOID buying from this company at all costs!! I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing. Hands down one of the worst companies ever, still debating if it is complete SCAM!

This company (if even existing) deserves a "0." My order was supposed to be delivered no later than April 4th. Their customer service number is fake -- never able to get through to a live person and it says to leave a message and they will call back within a day. That never happened. I have asked their chat agent on their website about details of my order and she in unable to answer my questions due to system not working. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE COMPANY. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM OR THE OTHER 4 NAMES THEY GO BYE.We place an order giving them roughly 3 months before our wedding date telling us "everything is fine" for our end of October wedding date 2021.Then we get an email beginning of Sept. saying that they cant get them until January 2022.So of course we want a refund but as soon as we requested the refund they stopped replying to our emails and now 2 weeks later we received an email "finally" that said our bank is holding our money "not them" as they said it says "pending" on their end but we have a bank statement that clearly shows "paid full transaction amount on the date of order". So basically they stole $101 dollars from us as our wedding gift and they are saying our own bank stole our money.Which is funny because my future mother in law is the regional bank manager for the county we live in.

This place is a scam. They have multiple sites and really drive up the “shipping” then refuse returns unless you insure it, expedite it, and basically pay more for it that what you paid to get it to you. Pass it up. There are many sites out there you can use and might save you a dollar. THIS ISNT ONE OF THEM! Their merchandise is really bad. Like BAD BAD and they can’t stand behind it. They just try and make you spend more to ship it back to them. All I have to say is I’m glad I only tried to order bridesmaids robes and not real wedding favors. THEY WILL SCREW YOU. DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

I ordered wedding favors and paid for expedited shipping which showed a delivery date of 10/02 on the shipping method I chose. I received an email with a breakdown of what I paid for - product cost, shipping, tax. Then I received another email from them which showed the same total I paid for but they removed my expedited shipping costs and rose the prices for the product to make the total the same. SO SNEAKY!!! I contacted their customer service and they basically told me I was lying and they would never do that. So, I made a pdf file of the original email and sent it to them. They quickly changed their tune and asked me if I wanted the expedited shipping...Of course I do, that's why I paid for it! If you choose to order through them, make sure you're getting what you paid for and agreed at the time of purchase. I would never recommend this company to anyone or go through them ever again. Horrible experience.

I ordered wood and silk fans and they were a disaster. 25 percent of the product was damaged--moldy, broken, or poorly made. And 100 percent of the fans had so many splinters poking out of them, I actually sanded them for the guests. The personalized stickers were junky and not cut properly. I would have returned them if I'd had more time. What a poor quality product--and I spent $90 for 80 fans! Take your business elsewhere. Their idea of customer service was to send me more broken and stained fans. They refused to give any kind of credit. Awful experience.

I ordered the Meant to Bee honey jars. They came in and shipped fast .The problem arose when my daughter informed me that we were going to be a couple of boxes short.I called and asked if we could get the same pricing seeing as we had just ordered .I was denied.I found a coupon and they would not honor that.I then found a cheaper price elsewhere sent in my request was supposed to take 20 minutes no later than 1 day on the 4th day I got an email stating that they were denying it.I went eleswhere and got it cheaper same product.I have another daughter getting married later this year and a baby shower coming up.They lost a customer

Great customer service. Was easy to return something I didn't end up wanting. I looked at some shady sites out there, but had really great customer service by this company on chat so I went with them. They were helpful having me pick out items for my wedding. I ended up not wanting the Champagne flutes I bought, but their wedding favors are amazing, so I ended up buying more. Shipping felt high, but the total price ended up being lower than anywhere else I searched for. Will recommend to friends!

We received a great product at a very reasonable price. We will definitely use them again for our next event!

Hi I ordered champagne flutes that were personalize with a little graduate, her name, school and year for my daughters college graduation party. I placed a small picture of her in her cap and gown inside each glass and placed them in the gift boxes that i also purchased from your company They looked so beautiful sitting on each place setting and were a big hit! I definitely recommend your company. Great quality, great service, at an affordable price. Thank you!

I ordered several embroidered cosmetic bags for my bridesmaids. They look adorable and I know the girls are going to love them. They really got here fast considering that they were personalized. Would definitely order from this company again.

I ordered the Beach Cake Candles and the paint was peeling off almost all of the candles! I cannot believe these candles left the factory in this shape. I called to return them, but since I didn't call within the 7 day period, they would not accept the return.

Poor quality products and shady company! Do NOT order!

I ordered 425 playing cards in a plastic case and 96 of the cases were defective! I contacted the company and because I did NOT inspect ALL 425 pieces in 7 days they will not do anything! I am stuck with 1/4 of my order being defective and company that will NOT replace them! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
