Greedy company
I have never came across a more stupid company as beelivery is,they want you to pay for the goods deliver then get paid the next day.gave me a job 18.5miles away and paying me £18.50 and delivery time is at 3am do you really think I will get up at 3am pay out of my own pocket and deliver to get £18 that really takes the pi@@.people really need to avoid these greedy company's at all cost
I have delivered for beelivery in the…
I have delivered for beelivery in the past and still have the app on to see orders coming in.
From the drivers perspective 99% of the jobs are not worth taking. My milage is 0.40 per mile. I calculate my milage Vs what I'm being offered and then if there is anything left I divide that by my time driving to the shop that carries the items as it may be out of stock or late weekend when I can't use large supermarkets, and then my travel time there and back because the platform isn't active enough to pick a job up where you drop off and keep going. Also you don't always know that area so you have to Google nearby open shops that might have the items.
Some of the jobs that come in offer the driver less than the petrol it's self...
Assuming you take the job, get the items and get to the customer, you then battle with people not answering, people drunk, people not having their code e.t.c. as a driver we have to pay for your shopping out of our pocket and can only get reimbursed and paid if we collect your code.
Several times I've been left with a bag of stuff, 2 hours wasted and money down.
I've no doubt some drivers don't care but I always rang the customer if swaps needed to be made and I always delivered on time but I got shafted by the customer and subsequently the company.
Whilst most of these negative reviews are probably valid, the driver isn't always the issue and in almost all cases, it's the company they is over charging and under paying with unrealistic goals. The company needs to do better.
No good at all been waiting since 10 pm…
No good at all been waiting since 10 pm and still nothing and keep getting mug off. Won’t use them again my money best go back in
Absolutely useless
Absolutely useless. Typed in an address for wales and they go to a place 3 hours away. My road doesn't exist in that area. They change the area so they can charge you and you gwt nothing. I am going to police and going to sue them.
Absolute disgraceful company to work…
Absolute disgraceful company to work for. They expect you to travel for 2 and half hours for £15 and when a customer provides you with a wrong postcode through no fault of your own you end up getting banned from using the service. Even when you pay for a product and the customer refuses to provide you with a code in order for you to be paid you don't get any reimbursement in any way. The staff speak to you thinking they are superior in some way shape or form. And customers should know that when you pay a stupidly high price for some wine/whiskey/vodka it's encouraged to buy the cheapest brand be it a supermarkets own brand and told to remove the label and keep the receipts hidden away from customers so they can't work out that they are probably paying double if not triple for a product.....if you live in a rural area don't use the service you would be better of planning ahead with your shopping and staying stocked up.
One of the worst delivery company
Worst service ever.Advertising products…
Worst service ever.Advertising products that they have no stock. I needed one particular item but ordered other items to make up the minimum £15 order. The one item I needed was not available and so I wanted the entire order cancelled. They made the driver deliver the other items and only refunded me for the one particular item. When I saw the actual items in the delivery parcel there were other items missing as well yest I was charged for it.
They don't pay
I'm a delivery driver for beelivery where you have to spend your money for goods purchases. They didn't pay me for the money I spend and the delivery charge also.
Dishonest is the word
Dishonest is the word. Zero stars would be my preferred rating.
Driver took over 1.5 hours to pick up the item, and when I enquired via the chat they told me his gps wasn't working and he was on his way and would be there soon. Another hour later and he still hadn't picked up the item - the chat person ended the chat and cut me off because, I assume, she wasn't happy that I wanted to know where the driver was, and which store he was picking the order up from. She told me I could cancel but I would not receive a refund and I would be charged a fee on top of what I had already paid (Fees were 6.49 pounds - which included a quid for a tip....seriously!). AVOID
i only say BAD service.
Don't bother they ask you to add a tip…
Don't bother they ask you to add a tip to be prioritised but still cancelled waste of time
If i could give zero stars I would
If i could give zero stars I would. Appalling service who are taking money they clearly should t be. I’m never using them again sadly after waiting over 3 hours for one expensive item. Something isn’t right here and companies house need to be made aware.
They lie, and delivery times false.
Read the reviews… don’t use this company.
I saw the 15 to 60 mins… thought ‘great’. Not the case. I tried to cancel the order after an hour…. Pia the customer service told me twice they’d be with me in 30mins. No show. I tried a second time to cancel the order 45 mins later. Then Went with Tesco whoosh, which came in 25mins. Very surprisingly the beelivery driver turned up >3hours after my initial order. The office team told him to just leave my food behind the bins.
False advertising, and terrible service. Don’t use them.
Sucks the dogs bottom
Sucks the dogs bottom. 15-60mins delivery is a lie. That does not include finding an available driver (who does not work for the company). Waited 3 hours for a delivery last week and today got a lovely message saying no drivers available in my area after accepting my order and taking my money - very poor!
If I could leave 0 stars
If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Accepts my order but never delivers 'drivers busy' or 'can't find a driver' if there are no drivers in my area then just don't accept the order. Simple
It is very poor service to work for as…
It is very poor service to work for as an employee. They are very quick to push and interrogate over completing orders and purposefully delay payments when they are unhappy with the way an order has been delivered, even if it is done correctly. The app is very slow and the system is inefficient to operate making it almost impossible to complete an order that satisfies the system. The customers are generally happy with their orders which I find makes the job enjoyable, but the beelivery team is horrible and beware of them bullying you regarding the way you deliver each order. They will randomly call you from an automated line in the middle of driving which is dangerous and they are very quick to try and suspend your driver account. There is generally no consideration at all for employees.
Can't even process the order
Can't even process the order, website totally sux.
Driver kept driving in the wrong direction
Placed my order, tracked the driver, for over an hour he was heading out to the supermarket and further away from where I live.last time I will use this site.
Beelivery - A broken system that does not work
The most important thing you need to take away from my review is...
I wish I had checked Trustpilot before ordering from Beelivery.
After placing my order and tracking my driver it was clear from the route he was taking that he had no clue where to get the items I ordered from. He was going from location to location all the while getting further and further away from where I lived. By the time I got fed up and cancelled my order he wasn't even in the same city as me anymore! He had travelled over 10 miles away. My "estimated delivery time" reflected this too.
The prices of items are roughly double what they are in Supermarkets. Cost of convenience I guess but no good if your company cannot actually deliver on what you promise, pun very much intended.
Just look at its Trustpilot score. This service should be avoided. Just make sure you always have enough shopping so you never find yourself considering an overpriced risky late night delivery that might not even arrive at all. Oh and if all that wasnt enough...
When your order is in the stage of "looking for a driver" the order tracking page says that you can "Include an additional tip if you want to encourage drivers to pick up your order". Are they having a laugh? THAT IS THE DRIVERS JOB. That is what their wages are for. Doing deliveries shouldn't be optional for drivers. If they work in a certain area then they should do what they are paid to do. Tips are not given just for doing exactly what is on your job description. Tips are meant to reward excellent service.
NEED IT
NEED IT! DON'T GET IT AND GET CHARGED FOR IT! not as catchy granted, but more grounded. I am not giving up. you know who I am. Peeps, just avoid trust me.
