Terrible company, I got married 5 months ago and have still not been able to get a copy of the photos to download and no one contacts you when you submit a request.

Awful company.
We paid for WedPics to make a wedding album up for us & gave them the photos to use. Nearly every photo in the book either had someone's head cut off, people cut in half & even in some cases people missing from the original photo altogether. They obviously have no one to proof read these after they're made.
My wife has been very upset by what they had produced.
When I contacted them to complain, which was many many times & always taken weeks to reply they refused to reimburse our £30 which we'd paid for the completely useless album that has now gone in the bin.
Please use another company to do your wedding photos.
AVOID!! Do not bother with this site! Especially if you want your pictures private. My private wedding album has been accessed by a load of random people and i have only been told that it 'must be a glitch'. And now they have blocked me from my own wedding. Clearly the glitch is they don't have a handle on their technology. I have been going back and forth all day with customer service yet nothing has been rectified.
Very unhappy, this was set up by a friend as our wedding gift and it's been a massive headache more than anything else.
