Not sustainable advertisement threw quickly expiring coupons

You give coupons that expire quickly. that's not sustainable at all. You make (some) people buy things they wouldn't have needed otherwise. Let the coupons last forever or a long period to be really sustainable.

Completely messed up delivery

Completely messed up delivery.
Not only did it not arrive on time but I had to pick it up myself. They use DHL which is the worst delivery service.

Not satisfied at all

Not satisfied at all.
They guarantee a delivery in 4-5 days and 17 days later I’m still waiting for the package to arrive.
It was a Christmas gift so it was especially important to arrive on time.
In addition, the pants were supposed to be used for practicing sports during the Christmas holidays and I had to buy another one.
It is still unknown when they will arrive but in any case, since I’m not in the same address (and not in the same country), I should ask someone to send me the package to me after.
Very frustrating experience, I will never recommend this shop to anyone.

This is a very Nasty seller

This is a very NASTY seller. Please do not trust their PR of trvaling the world and sustainbilities bullshxx.

I have checked with the customer service Marisa 2 times and she reply their shop does not have restrictions for goods no matter how big it is. However, after I made the payment, they told me they can not ship and request me to pay 100 euro more?! I ask if there is another solutions and if I can talk to the founder Jukka Saarikorpi. Jukka said she will NOT SPEAK TO ME AND CANCEL THE ORDER without infroming me and cost me 20 Dollar just for nothing and mainly for their mistake.

And when I ask them to pay for the lose, they disappear.

PS: Pls do not listen what the seller say below. I paid 353 and only refund back 333.. Already report to Paypal and they said they will not tolerant this type of behavior.

And pls be mindful. The seller typing here is just because EVERYONE can see. They never reply my message and email so everyone pls be careful and avoid thus seller. As you can see they are always Right even if i lost 20 dollar for their stuxxd arrangement.

Dear TrueFeedBack/Jen - We have refunded you the full 100 % amount that you have paid us - no 20 dollar fee of anykind that you state in your review. We just cancelled your order. Why we canceled your order, was that the item that you ordered was new to us and we found out that because of it's size, shipping it to Singapore would have been very expensive to both parties. We have not disappeared anywhere and are responding to all messages in very quick and co-operative manner. We apologies that we can't ship this bulky item to Singapore and therefore have canceled your order and have issued a full 100% refund to you.

I have just checked our Paypal account also and full 100 % refund of - 218,00 EUR has been sent to you. If you wish to escalate this through Paypal you are more than welcome to do so.

Appalling customer service, shop with caution

As other customers have stated in reviews, this company does not have its act together when it comes to tracking and returns. My strong advice is to shop with caution. In fact, shop elsewhere as these products and prices are no different to those you'll easily find on other sites.

If you need to return a product you will be waiting some time for your money, if you ever see it at that is. Weekend Bee may make grand if nebulous sustainability claims but in my experience the only thing they are sustaining is their own business model by hanging on to the customer's cash.

Their returns process is extremely confusing and one has to suspect intentionally so, in order to deter the customer from seeking a refund.
Either they are using a budget logistics partner to cut corners or they don't know what they are doing. Either way the net results are slow deliveries, missing parcels, lack of tracking, transparency or accountability and a truly appalling customer experience that must surely be unsustainable in itself.

My items took an age to arrive, there was no tracking, no information and the returns process was opaque and amateurish. I had to send an email and wait several days for the instruction to simply use the DHL label included and 'include a handwritten note’.

Alarm bells were already ringing, and justifiably so. Despite using their DHL label, and depositing the parcel at a DHL collection point, my parcel has mysteriously gone missing and the tracking from their label indicates that I haven’t even received the original goods. Now I’m being accused of lying about depositing the returned parcel. My money is being withheld and Weekend Bee couldn’t seem to care less and are sitting on their hands. In summary, shop elsewhere. The same 'sustainable' products and clearance prices are available from plenty of other outdoor warehouses.

Excellent customer service

My purchase was shipped on time but there were delays in delivery from DHL. Nevertheless, the follow up from Weekendbee to my query on the delayed delivery was prompt and professional. I also find that they have the keenest prices for Patagonia gear. I am a happy customer and will be supporting them in the future.

Everything worked as planned

Everything worked as planned, the packet was neat and the products were good. I was happy. However I felt like the instructions for returning or changing the product were difficult to understand. After trying on the clothes, I noticed one of the products I ordered turned out to be a little too tight, even though I ordered according to the sizing chart. Even after reading the instructions, I was unsure how to change it easily, or was it even possible to change it. Changing was even discouraged because of the environmental reasons. So in the end I just let it be - I'll just hope the product will loosen in use.
