As rhe bft community we do not appreciate the handling of the listing of our bft token on the 4th of March. People could not buy or sell some had their funds frozen. We as the community we would appreciate if this matter will be resolved swiftly.

I had a very bad experience with this CEX.

First of all they wanted to give me a 50 USDT margin bonus for filling a survey of 3-minutes on their twitter page. I filled out the form, and received a couple days later an e-mail that i was rewarded.

After looking in my account their was nothing, I went to the support, and they honestly told me that i didnt got anything and that i got scammed.

Why do you promote a 3-minut survey on your twitter, and if you win you dont get anything.

Also i got liquidated a couple times when the price did not even reached it. but because the liquidity is low they force it by themself, by law this is not even allout but they manage to do it.

Thank you for using this CEX for a short time but its a no go.

I think weex is owned by crooks because BFT listing was a disaster took our money but did not credit us our coins after you freeze our usdt

Any positive review is from either weex or someone who never trades. The website is slow. Plus what is major concern is that when receiving your sms to login is just awful. I've waited up to 1 hr to get my sms. A person can not trade with such a system. Give the flick.

There $100 signup bonus is a lie they only gave me $10, then i also fulfilled another $200 in bonus requirements, also did not give me these, spoke to customer service they just tell you to wait they are looking into my accounts, its been 28 days later and custmer service still telling me to wait paitently, they just make excuses do not trust them, if they don't fulfill your bonuses i doubt they will allow you to withdraw any winnings. DO NOT USE THIS EXCHANGE STICK TO BYBIT

DONT USE i have 200 dollar in my account i have about 5 futures open long and all of them was closed even tho the price when up and had about 65 dollar left in the account that just gone to i was waiting to talk to customer support for 12 hours and when i told them the issue they ended the chat

My experience has been extremely POOR! It refuses to allow me to sign into my account, has me going through the same steps of submitting my email and codes and confirming over and over and over again. Yet, no access to account.
My opinion is that Weex is a TOTAL SCAM!
I would not recommend anyone to waste your time with this site.

I have received the bonus to trade.
And I have used copy trading , and I make little bit of money, then suddenly I have received an email from week.com .''cross margin liquidation '' and all money has gone including the bonus.
how come! I send them the email to close my account immediately after that. this is not possible from my point of view! There are scammers for sure. They will give u a bonus but they will also make a way to take that bonus if you start to make money.

Verification is fast,bonus guaranteed and user interface is perfect. Wait till it lists Big five token,I will be here daily

Please read other reviews here and draw your own conclusions. My account and funds were frozen without any warning or communication before I could make my first trade. Registering and KYC went very smoothly. Functionality to buy crypto with Fiat then failed due to app errors. Depositing crypto from another exchange and transferring into my futures account worked, so I tried to trade, only to find that my account was frozen. There was no attempt to advise me of issues and customer support is not able to tell me anything except that relevant departments will look at it and I must be patient until they do. Agents do respond to some messages and try to help answer questions (I got hold of two over the course of two days - one could speak English and the other used Google Translate) but apparently cannot escalate and do not know when these departments work or in which time zone(s) they operate.

terrible customer service. In the fine print it states that any transfer out of your futures account invalidates your welcome bonus. I lost $116 WITHOUT ANY WARNING just so i could transfer out $6 to the spot account JUST to buy WXT to support their shit platform. Customer service is useless and points to the fine print that no one reads. Blame the user rather than adding a simple warning before deleting $116. Crazy. waste of time. Gonna take my $6 and run.

Absolutely avoid at all costs.
I very luckily got my funds returned to me by the intervention of someone I spoke to outside of weex that had contacts within the company,
But I would consider myself very very lucky on this.

KYC scam, wont verify me although I submitted a valid ID, cant withdraw any money because of KYC, complete scam, pls be careful, i waited 1hr just to talk to some shitty customer service saying we cant do anything about it.

I can’t get my account activated to buy anything on this POS platform!! It’s got me aggravated so much. I just want to withdraw my money and go back to user friendly platform asap. Screw that app 🖕
