Super Fast and Friendly!

My boiler gave out on Christmas Eve, the panic was real when imagining my family on Christmas Day in a freezing cold home. I found this company via a small google search and their team was in my home within the same few hours and had the issue fixed. I think the guy was called Callum, he was very fast, clean and friendly. I'd recommend this company for fast fixes!!

Efficient and reasonably priced

I reported an issue with my boiler and Wefixyourboiler attended within 2hrs. They carried out the necessary investigations and established and repaired the problem the same day. I found them to be polite, efficient and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

company vandalised my building…

This company has vandalised my building by putting stickers all over the entrance and entry phone system with their company logo and QR code. What a distasteful business practice

We are genuinely sorry this happened. Our leaflet distribution is managed by an external promotional company, and on this occasion a member of their team mistakenly placed a QR sticker on your entry system. This was human error and does not reflect our standards or normal business practice. We will be raising this directly with the company involved to ensure it does not happen again.

We take a lot of pride in our work and reputation, so situations like this are taken very seriously. As a gesture of goodwill, we would be happy to offer discounted support should you ever need assistance with your boiler in the future, as we would really welcome the opportunity to demonstrate the standard of service our customers usually experience.
