I have ordered a couch end of December, The availabilities were saying 7 weeks time. We are the week 9 and now I have the unpleasant surprise to see I will receive my couch in 4 weeks on my account. So the waiting time has doubled ! If I knew I would have to wait so long, I would have not ordered. Thanks for the great service.

I returned the article on 15th Jan and till date I have not get the refund back. I have to call them on 28th Jan to check the status and I had to wait for 40-50 minutes before the call is atteneded. Then they say that they are very busy and will look to refund. They told me to fill the form which I did and sent back immediately. But they never refund till date. Then I called again today, but again they say the customer service is very busy and will look into. Now they say some problem with track and trace code. I sent them the screen shot of the email from DHL, but still o refund. What a torture... I feel like being tortured. MOST POOR SERVICE I have ever seen in Netherlands. I wish I get my money back.

The return policy is the worst I've seen. You don't get a retour label and customer service takes forever and are very unhelpful and misleading. It's the first and last time I order anything from them.
UPDATE: After a painfully long process of returning some items, I got reimbursed half of the sum. Hence, 1 star because I can't give them a '-10'.

Didn't deliver product on time and refused to stand behind the promised delivery date. Customer service was argumentative and unwilling to resolve my problem.

First appointment:
First the drivers (Dynalogic) first refused to bring the ordered couch up the house - they ask us to disassemble it and do it ourselves, they even ask us to give them a full rating for this service. Then we made appointment to return the couch.
Second appointment:
The drivers (Dynalogic) came to pick it up, rang the bell, stood at the door for 10 seconds and went away. This is less than the time needed to go from our bedroom to the door.
Third appointment:
We made another appointment to pick it up and stayed home the whole day. The drivers (Dynalogic) come in the morning and tell us sorry the van is full, we cannot pick the couch, you need to make an appointment for the evening. By the way, there is no way to do this - they give the timeslot "anytime between 8:00 to 22:00.
Current status
On the website it repeatedly says pickup cancelled because no one was at home. We try to call the customer service of delivery company (Dynalogic) and no one picks up the phone
All in all, we stayed at home 3 straight days just so the ordered item can be returned and it is STILL standing in the hallway. We call Wehkamp and the nice lady on the phone apologizes. Great - but the couch is still here and we spent all these days staying at home just for it to be picked up. Apologies are nice but please resolve the matter by taking prompt action. What a terrible experience to have as a first time customer - expected Wehkamp to be better than this.
UPDATE:
Received a call from Dynalogic and Wehkamp after registering complaints online. The couch was picked up swiftly, they arranged for a suitable pick-up time the next day and the amount (minus delivery charges) was refunded within a week. Wish this level of service was possible without having to escalate matters. Thanks for the quick resolution.

I use to like wehkamp.nl pretty much for quick delivery and excellent customer service. Unfortunately the latter has drastically deteriorated. The guy on the phone told me that account is not on my name. After repeating it 3 times, he finally recognised my name 🙄. Furthermore they don't accept returns in case the original plastic package is gone. Even though the item still has pricelabel attached to it. Very disappointing !

terrible service, I did place an order and paid, then did send the package to a wrong adres, I get in contact with then and they ask me to go and look for the package,I end up losing my money and my order, they did not even try to correct their mistake. do not buy anything at the site.

There are some serious issues going on at Wehkamp.
I placed an order on 23rd August and paid the full amount with Wehkamp vouchers. Then, within an hour I received a (genuine) email from Wehkamp Finance stating that before my order can be sent that I had to identify myself by paying EUR 1 via my bank account. As I have been a Wehkamp client for a very long time, I thought it was just a security check and just completed the payment via my bank.
Then I saw in my account that one of the two articles was no longer in stock. So, I cancelled the out-of-stock article and re-ordered a similar item.
I then received an email from Tinka that a refund has been made to my account.
I also received a letter from Tinka saying that they have tried to call me, but could I call them back? When I called them, they said that I had to change my password in order to better secure my account. So I did this, by logging into my Wehkamp account and changing the password myself.
Then I received another email from Tinka stating that another refund has been made to my Wehkamp account (?)
Today I received another email from Tinka stating that I have to pay for the article again that I have already received, which was already paid with vouchers and then refunded by Wehkamp for no reason.
I have just checked in my account and there has already been interest calculated over this amount as it is now the 1st of September.
I have now paid the amount again to Tinka (without paying the interest amount).
How is it that when you decide to pay in full (using Wehkamp vouchers), Wehkamp decides to cancel the payment, refund your voucher payment as an account credit and then introduce you to Tinka?
You then have to pay Tinka via iDeal for items which were already paid with a voucher credit! And, what happens when I go to use this account credit in future? Will it be again refunded and will I be forced to deal with and pay via Tinka again?
I have used Wehkamp Finance in the past but paid off the full outstanding amount back in November 2019. Since then, all orders placed have been paid with iDeal or vouchers. So, what is going on?
Also, up till now I did not get a refund of the EUR 1 from Tinka's identification check (it's only EUR 1, but it's a matter of principle here).
And, what about the interest now charged by Tinka on this order, as it is now 1st September - an order that I already paid for in full at checkout?
And, what about BKR - has Tinka now informed BKR that I have taken out a credit facility with them (of which I never requested)?
There is obviously a fault here in the Wehkamp system that needs to be addressed.
So, if you think that you have paid for your order in full and get an unexpected refund, just check whether Wehkamp have (re)introduced you to Tinka without your consent....

I have always been satisfied with receiving next day delivery with the correct items. Wehkamp has great automated systems and procedures for ordering and returning items with a label that works for returns (good customer experience with no extra work of changing or printing new labels) and a system that calculates how much should be paid after reporting returns, instead of having to wait for several weeks to pay an adjusted bill, I could see the correct amount and pay it immediately after reporting the returns.

Got a TV from Wehkamp, which turned out to be defective. After exchange, received the 2nd TV which turned out also to be defective. Now Wehkamp is giving me the run. Called customer service 20 times (completely uselss customer service, as if never was trained), Tried contacting via email and facebook, did not get answers yet. Complete and utter useless support from Wehkamp. I suggest people to take their service to other webshops.
