Great delivery and customer service thanks

Really enjoyed the meals but need more choice

Waiting for post surgery plan. Text message stating attempted delivery although I was at home all day. Now it has gone missing and apparently I signed for it whilst I was under a general anaesthetic

The process of ordering was straightforward and easy
Unfortunately I picked some porridge which is sweet and ad I'm Scottish we don't eat sweet porridge in fact I thought it would just be porridge oats so I'm disappointed in that as it is 24 packets a large portion of my selection.
I'll not make the same mistake when I reorder
Apart from that hiccup it seems ok
I'm on my second day and I will say I'm not hungry so I'm quite happy

This company is ridiculous, I ordered my first box upon reliance of fraudulent and false advertising which insinuated the box would cost £24. There was no mention of further funds being taken from my bank account without notice, and no mention of subsequent deliveries. Today £89 has been taken from my account and I have received a text message informing me that my second delivery is on its way. I contacted W2G immediately to cancel the delivery and request a refund given that I am a single Mum, who will now struggle to pay all my bills tomorrow, to be informed that I can return the second delivery but I will have to pay a cancellation fee of £71 to compensate for the first delivery's reduced cost, and therefore from the £89 they have taken from my bank I can receive a refund of £18. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!!

Nice team but the products are not nice. Most will go in the bin

Excellent customer service, I asked for a change to my order and was contacted by phone the next day and the change was made immediately without question.

Not enough veg and fish choise.

I have been using the weight to go shakes for 4 weeks and have found them really filling. I have them while I am at work and then have a meal in the evening. I have so far lost 13 lbs which I am ecstatic about. All my clothes feel looser and I have more energy.
The diet has kept me focused. In the past I have not been able to stick to diets because I struggle to think of different things to eat that will keep me motivated. Additionally the shakes are really convenient to take with me to work.
Am very happy with the results so far and would highly recommend.

I've been doing this for a week, shakes only and preparing my own meal. I've lost 3lb already. I ordered the porridge, but found it not to my liking, but the Customer Service Team have been very helpful. They supplied a return form and once they receive them back, I'll get some shakes in exchange. I was a bit sceptical, but the shakes have a lovely taste and have been adding fruit to them too.

Not tried product yet but looking forward to that on my return from an all inclusive holiday!!!

Very pleased with the prompt delivery and great results that I am achieving 1 stone in 7 weeks, roll on the next one.

Being unable to use my iPad to download the voucher - I phoned Weight to Go and received the best customer service I have ever had. The lady was so helpful and sorted out the problem quickly. I wish I knew her name as she is a credit to the company. Having sorted out the order it arrived the next day - what service. Emails were sent to up date despatch, etc.

Great price, efficient delivery, good range of products which taste a lot better than I expected, very easy to use - I'm mixing each of the shakes with lots of fruit so very healthy and I'm seeing really good results already on the scales. Wish I'd started this month's ago!

Weight to Go are a great company. Wonderful customer service and a phone call if anything is wrong. Also superfast delivery. I love their products together with my Mum & daughter.

On day 2 having 1 shake for breakfast & 1 for lunch. So far i have tried strawberry, banana & toffee & love them. They do keep me filled I was pleasantly surprised.

The shakes are easy to make and taste lovely, feel like I have more energy aswell.

Once I put my order through to Weight to go it was at my back door, excellent service!!

I do love the meals and I have lost a lot of weight. However, now that I am on month three I am getting really bored. As a vegetarian there is such a small choice of options especially as I can't eat the sweet parsnip soup as it is just too sweet. Why isn't there a mushroom or tomato soup option and why is the 3 month deal so limited in mains courses? All that said, it works and the food is good so I will continue and am grateful for the fact that it really does work.
