Delivery was made easy by the 2 lovely lads (especially tom)who helped take my furniture upstairs which saved a lot of hassle,took all rubbish away,noticed i had screws missing for an item and was quick to inform office who sent these out in the post the next day,great service would definately use again 👍👍

I’m very pleased with the furniture that was Deliverd today. The delivery actually arrived early. The men that delivered had to carry the furniture up four short flights of stairs as I live in a flat.They brought the furniture into my bedroom as I had prepared the space ready. They unpacked the furniture and left it took them no time at all. Very pleased.

The two delivery men were friendly and professional ...arrived within the time they had said ...products just what i wanted very pleased with them

My 5 stars got to this company for their Communication in keeping me posted when what date Delivery was coming, then day before what time the delivery was coming, then on the delivery day in the morning gave me a 2 hour slot , which they turned up within said delivery slot , 2 delivery men then started to off load my delivered items which was quite a few , nothing was to much fuss for these 2 , just got on with the job , careful not to damage my property and delivery items , which were all going upstairs & then unpacked & took away all the rubbish, great set of lads , credit to the Company, and by the way ,Quality furniture at a good price , well done Welcome Furniture ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🤩

Delivery slot betweem 8am-10am. The two lads had my wardrobe upstairs and in bedroom by 8.05. Excellent service. Two lovely polite young men . Thank you very much.

Beautiful ready assembled furniture at affordable prices.
The Delivery team was Adrian and Evan who were excellent very helpful, efficient and cheerful too.

Outstanding delivery team . They contacted me to advise they were on the way . They delivered the furniture upstairs and unpacked it then fixed drawer handles for me . They took away all the packaging . Fantastic service .

We ordered some bedroom furniture through DFS from this company.

The furniture was all damaged when it arrived.
Scratches, scuffs, pen marks, wet through from travelling in the delivery truck and even one leg was missing from one of the bedside tables.

Although this company have said they will replace our damaged items we are not very pleased with how it arrived especially after having to wait quite a while for it. So disappointed and will never use this company again.

Delivery men are the best , once they got to room of choice , they unpacked ,checked everything, and removed the packing , I cannot praise them enough x

Bed side cabinets are great, as was the delivery.

The two lads were excellent and put the chest of drawers upstairs for me and were very pleasant and an asset to the company

Faulty item received twice, extremely poor quality and very disappointing. The return had to be organised through Very, yet I was repeatedly asked to communicate between both companies, which should not be the customer’s responsibility. The process caused unnecessary stress and anxiety, and due to physical limitations, assembling and re-assembling damaged furniture was not manageable. This product was chosen specifically to meet our needs, and it failed. Would not recommend spending your money at Very or Welcome furniture.

The 2 men that delivered my sideboard were polite, respectful & and absolute credit to your company! Despite being on the the road since 2am they delivered on time at 7am. They travelled from Wales to Cumbria- well done guys! They set it all up for me taking all the wrapping with them! I hope they’re well paid!

TheTwo lovely polite gentlemen delivered my Furniture at the allocated time and they were very helpful and friendly.Top Marks to both of the Delivery men.My chest of Drawers was perfect just what I needed,so very happy with them.

Polite young guy's even took the 2 bedside cabinets upstairs without me asking. Couldn't be more pleased
