The box had been heavily damaged at some point and then secured with re enforced tape, the bolt fixing package was missing, as we have plenty of bolts we supplied them ourselves. Good little welding trolley. Not up to your usual standard of supply!

I opened an account & bought a welder from 'Welding Supplies Direct Ltd. (Telford, Shropshire. UK ) on 07 Feb 2022, followed mid' Feb with an order for a number of consumables. During delivery there was an issue whereby there was damage to the parcel in transit. The jolting caused a Cassette of Tungsten Electrodes to open inside and three of the said electrodes escaped the parcel. I did mention this to sales in an email, thinking maybe they would ‘see’ a need to maybe add a small piece of tape on the cassette's. However the Manager Tom Luter, got straight back via email with an offer to send me replacements. Figuring that they would be out of pocket having to replace and absorb extra postage too, I declined the offer knowing that they could be added to a future order. Meanwhile I wasn’t happy with one of the Items included in that same batch of consumables which, again the Manager Tom, was very obliging and accepted the return and credit of said item to my account.
This afternoon, 28th Feb, I ordered a substitute for the returned item along with a couple of other goodies against the credited monies to my account and again, Tom to the rescue who sorted it all out via phone and also added the ‘lost in transit’ tungsten’s to my order too.

Easy to set up, light construction, very well vision during the welding process.

I ordered a welder for my partners birthday. Unfortunately it arrived damaged. I called the company and sent a couple of pics. A replacement was sent out the very next day (it would have been the same day but the courier had already been that day). No messing about waiting for the damaged item to be returned. Highly recommended! Proper customer service as good as this is rare these days!
