Great service, but the app lets it down for me! Can't change personal details without creating a new account. No gripes about the delivery service tho as the meds always arrive when asked for. 👍🏻

Good service
Good service, but the app could be much better
Overall, my experience with Well Pharmacy has been good. The prescription service works, communication has been satisfactory, and having the option of home delivery or collection is convenient.
Where I think Well could significantly improve is its app and overall user experience.
I was a long-term user of Echo, later LloydsDirect, and despite being an older prescription app, Echo remains one of the best examples of how this type of service should work. It was simple, clean and focused on one main purpose: managing and ordering your prescriptions with as little effort as possible.
The Well app works, but it still doesn't have quite the same simplicity or polished user experience that Echo managed to achieve years ago. There are areas where navigation and prescription management could be more intuitive, and the whole process could require fewer steps and less manual interaction.
For something people may need to use every month — particularly older patients or anyone managing several repeat medications — simplicity really matters. The best healthcare apps should almost disappear into the background: open the app, see your medications, select what you need, order them, and clearly see what is happening with the prescription.
Well already has the important part right: a useful prescription and delivery service. With further investment in the app's UX, particularly taking some inspiration from the simplicity of the original Echo app, it could become an excellent service rather than simply a good one.
Good pharmacy service overall — but there is definitely room to make the digital experience much better.

Good at shipping, low quality products
Good at shipping on time, but often low quality products.
Tablets that aren't meant to but melt in the mouth in 5 seconds. Tablets that aren't compacted enough and wall apart. Tablets that are designed so poorly in shape, with sharp edges, that you can cut your mouth on them. Popout packagin where the foil is so sharp you can cut yourself on it, or can't even get the tablets/capsules out without a tool.
"Crescent" brand is a highlight of low design/quality.
I'm sure they are very cheap for Well to by, but customers pay the price.

I occasionally have appointments there
I occasionally have appointments there. Never have to wait in the pharmacist is always attentive and listens well to what you have to say. I have also ordered a couple of blood tests and they arrived by post very quickly. The pharmacy is right next to the doctor surgery so it’s very convenient.
