Absolute shocking service, rude and ignorant staff, tell you prescription have been picked up when they haven’t meaning you have to return again.
Awful place

Sometimes your deliveries are very slow with Royal Mail...usually I have to reorder within 14 days to make sure I allow enough time for the post. Outside this, always a great service

I have been into the pharmacy 4 times now and still don't have my prescription which was requested by my doctor 10 days ago. I was repeatedly promised that my prescription would be ready the following day but when I've been back in, the items weren't available. The staff seem completely fed up too. There has only been one pleasant, helpful member of staff in all the visits I've made. Even though it's the most convenient for me, I'll be switching to another pharmacy!

Ordered items missing. With every other prescription order an item is missing. Every time the assistants blame Lawton House surgery. On Jan 6th I place a request for three items, explaining 1 item would rune out by Jan 11th and could the assistant be sure that the item would be there by Friday 10th. She did but it wasn't. Two of the items weren't. I was promised an emergency request that would ensure their delivery by the 13th and given a week's worth of the truly urgent item. Going in today, only one of the items was arrived. The locum pharmacist was unhelpful and impolite. I was quite cross. I went over to the GP and they assured me the urgent item had not been requested. She added that one lady, in the same situation, had been to her in tears at the way she had been treated. The practice assured me that a request for the item would be submitted today and should be available tomorrow, the 15th. I've spoken to head office and they assure me that the matter, overall, will be looked into and resolved, for all concerned, ASAP. I do hope so!

I had called 111 and was told to call into well pharmacy congleton as the pharmacist would be able to deal with my query they advised me that they would let the pharmacist know I was calling in and that I would be taken into a private consultation room. This however didn't happen. I got there and explained I'd spoken to 111 and that they had advised me to speak to the pharmacist and that she would be aware I was calling in. When I got there I was told she was busy (which is fair enough i know she deals with plenty of people and prepares many prescriptions) when she eventually came over she was rude and said "yeah what's the problem" I didn't even realise she was speaking to me at first. So I then had to explain in a shop full of people it was very unprofessional and quite frankly made me feel uncomfortable! I didn't catch her name but she's a chubby red head.

Well Chemist is on Park lane Congleton, I live on Hillary Avenue not far from the Chemist and it took 6 days to get to me, I would prefer to go and collect it myself from the Chemist or I will go back to Boots barn rd Congleton.
