You didn't reply for over a week, then gave no reply, just asked my question back to me, which is pointless...

Now you're asking me for exemption proof, yet, you've already sent me a prescription last week without asking for any proof...saying you know I'm exempt...

A frustrating wait each time I attend this place. Staff will just be strolling in with no sense of urgency. Excruciating long waits. I went in the following day, waited outside for them to open at 9am. Besides the fact that they opened late, I requested my prescription and I.was told that they could not give ime my prescription due to thebfact that there wasnt to me because there was no pharmacist present. They also sent away a man that had a flye jab booked. They should be shut down.

Had trouble with scanning my pre paid prescription card so ended up paying for my medication

I couldn’t put my order in with the code for a £10 reduction it took 3 times I was a bit fed up .

Customer service is simply amazing. My order hadn't been dispatched as per the dispatch timings on the website, I phoned customer service and Grace had been great at chasing up my order.

She emailed me a few times throughout the week to reassure me, my order was being sourced (As been quite a shortage of the product everywhere).

Honestly, I'm normally impatient but having such good customer service made me lighten up and was happy to wait as I can't remember the last time I had such efficient and friendly customer service.

Would highly recommend.

this is a review about well pharmacy 62 tylacelyn road penygraig cf401lju absolute disgrace they are 5 out of 6 months having to ring them to get my prescription delivered 2 weeks without tablets 1 time and then when i phone yes i made a mistake as my tablets were due next week while talking have the phone put down on me no customer service

Time from GP authorising prescription and dispatch of medications always much longer than other online pharmacies.
Despite the generic 'call to discuss' statements, Well showed consistent slowness over 18 months.

Metaformin was posted, tamasoulin had to be collected. Reverse would have been helpful as the latter had run out.
