Great communication, explain clearly about new tablets and sometimes follow up to see how you are getting on with them.
All the staff are helpful, caring and attentive.
Text me in good time to say my repeat prescriptions are ready to collect and when i need urgent same day supply they usually have it in stock ready and if not can get supply that afternoon or next day.
I would highly recommend this pharmacy

Review of online prescription service. Everything went well the first two orders then after that it went downhill. Slow delivery, poor notification of unavailable medication. Difficult to understand emails. One off medication sent from GP not processed. App help page is none existent and no one ever answers chats. Im going back to a traditional pharmacy.
