I had a great experience at Well Pharmacy in Rossington, Doncaster. A huge thank you to Leslie, who was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout my visit. Her friendly manner and willingness to go the extra mile made a real difference. It’s reassuring to know there are people like Leslie who genuinely care.

Had a quick consultation with Sophie the pharmacist for a prescription and couldn’t have asked for a quicker or more efficient appointment.

My medication was easy to order and was always on time

5 star service in the Rossington Well Pharmacy! I needed a contraceptive pill check and all the staff were so friendly and couldn't be more helpful. The lovely pharmacist checked my blood pressure, height & weight and my pill was prescribed there and then! So easy and no hassle trying to get a doctor’s appointment. I will definitely use this pharmacy for my pill checks in the future! Thank you

I had an acute prescription sent through to Well Pharmacy.
I spoke to a lovely member of staff about it and the prescription was ready to collect in the afternoon.
A fantastic service with excellent communication.

Sent to wrong address, never confirmed it. I don't even remember asking for it to be delivered!

I feel as though my meds have been dealt with and delivered with very little intervention from myself, which is how it should be when you're the patient.

This pharmacy is generally OK with repeat prescriptions, although they have a text service for when your prescription is ready, you don't always get a text. Sometimes you do have to wait a few days before your repeat is ready.
But if its a one off prescription..such as mine for antibiotics this has proven to be timely, my prescrition was sent across from the GP at 11.41 but when I called at 12.10 they told me they had not recieved it, so I checked with the GP and told it was sent. Then I tried calling 4 times a little later but could not get anyone to answer. So I drove to the pharmacy at 2pm only to be told that it was not ready and the pharmacist was on lunch so it would be about 3ish...I said oh but it was sent at 11.41 this morning, she said yes but with the turn around etc, and you should have phoned first..I wanted to explain to her that I was feeling so ill and really needed to start my antibiotics and get to bed..and that I had called several times but I bit my tongue. I really do not understand as a health professional myself why it has took nearly all day to get antibiotics ready..I appreciate that we are all busy and there is a lot of staff sickness but I am shocked that it has taken so long to get my antibiotics especially as I don't have anyone else to collect them for me.
