My prescription got lost in your computer system and could not be downloaded local at the Glastonbury Well branch so that I could collect it. It had to be reordered from the Doctors surgery and was then sent through the post rather than being available for collection as I wished. So overall a total disaster.

Well are brilliant fabulous service

I gave a one-star rating because my imperative medications that I take daily where sent to be delivered by unreliable Royal Mail that lose and delay things. My medications were delayed. I almost run out of Epilim to control my epilepsy and I almost run out of my medication for my heart condition. I forgot the name of it. Anyway, if I run out, I could have had heart complications or an epileptic seizure that could have triggered a fatal heart attack that could kill. Who thought of letting Royal Mail deliver my medications when Well Pharmacy have your own delivery system. Also, I’m capable of collecting my medications at the Boots Pharmacy in 48 hours that is quicker for me. Royal Mail took nearly a week to delivery my medications. Also, Royal Mail left my medications outside my door where either somebody could have nicked them or a child could have nicked them where a child could have got my medications where children shouldn’t have access to medications. DON’T EVER let Royal Mail deliver my medications AGAIN! They are medications, not a Blu-ray.

A prescription thats been there a week still not ready same old bullshit excuse we're waiting for an item to be delivered this is my 3rd visit this week waited for 4 minutes in an empty shop with 6 assistants behind the counter refusing to acknowledge me shit order service avoid!!!

Purchased 25mg Wegovy pills online. Had an online consultation with a pharmacist and had do get a heart rate check. Now told that the pills are out of stock. Shareholders have been unhappy with the sales of Wegovy. You simply can't see something you can't produce in time. Very disappointing.
