Where do I begin. More often than not my repeat prescription is late, or some items not in stock. This has a huge impact on my condition. There are always queues, with waiting times in excess of 30 minutes. My medication ran out on Monday, not available until Thursday, then half of it missing. That took 3 visits to sort out,30 min wait each time. The GP confirmed they had the prescription on Monday. The service is appalling. Will now be collecting my prescription directly and going elsewhere. Quite a few others complaining of similar experiences.

This last week they have been late with my medication , my son’s tablets and now my mother’s heart tablets. They know when they are due from the computer system so how they haven’t had them ready I don’t know. People are reliant on the medication, it is not good enough that it’s not ready when needed. For my mother we have already been down three times but still not ready. The only reason it’s two stars and not one was because they did give me the most urgent item but it was reluctantly.

This is the norm, so I question why I have not moved. Text to say prescription ready, arrive to collect and 3 our of 4 not found and one given out to someone not even belonging to me? Stood listening to other customers complaining about the service...as I type another customer had to return after incorrect information..Dirty and disorganised always.... come on Wells Tonypandy this is now my second visit in 2 x days and still not ready despite a call after a visit yesterday. WELLS..... what support is this team having as clearly under pressure!

Totally unhelpful, poor communication and abysmal service. I visited Well in Tonypandy South Wales to collect a repeat prescription of essential medication, only to have them refuse to give it to me. I explained that I was late collecting it as had been unable to get there, due to a house move and caring responsibilities, but they still refused to give me my meds. They also did not communicate that the prescription would be returned to the shelves if not collected within a certain time frame, which would have enabled me to ask someone to collect on my behalf. Epic fail on communication, terrible, uncaring "jobsworth" service and as I'm between doctors, I now have no access to my essential medication. This is totally against all NHS guidelines for pharmacies and I'm appalled that this appears to be company policy. Do not use this company.

Shambles, utter shambles.
Phoned today as didn't receive text to say prescription was there. Was told that text should've been sent & it was there waiting for collection. Had to queue for 20mins in very hot weather. On arriving in chemist, was told that my prescription was ready but it was early. Considering that I have it every 28 days, it was apparent that it was on time. As I was explaining to the assistant a short man came out and spoke to me in a disgraceful manner. I am supposed to be in a vunerable group as I have had a triple by pass and am over 66, yet, not eligible for delivery and having to be sheilded. I have been using this chemist most of my life, but, owing to this awful experience will not be using them again.
