This works great for me. I use it about 1 1/2 hours before going to bed. The time might be different for you so try it a few ways if it doesn't seem to work right away. Once you find the right time to use it, you will be convinced.

I've never had a product like this. And it works. You have to be consistent though and it did take 4 nights of using it. I really like that its non habit forming. I like to wear it on my abdomen and think it works better there than my wrist area.

Fantastic product /great sleep

Wellamoon's sleep patches helped me…
Wellamoon's sleep patches helped me sleep like a baby. I gave it half an hour to work to get a deep sleep effect. I use it nightly after a warm bath and when I am ready to doze off. It's effective as I have been using it regularly.
