Don’t be seduced by chintz
Ordered two framed prints against my better judgment… extremely low-quality items. The paper in the back of the frames was caved in a couple places and uneven/not aligned with the adhesive on the edges of the back of the frame, so much so that the back of the prints are extremely sticky. Image is mediocre quality, which I expected, but I didn’t really expect to need to add tape or scraps of paper to the back of the items to prevent them from getting glue on the wall. Drop-shipped, cheaply made product. There should NOT be a restocking fee - that’s baloney. And 7-day return window is frugal and unforgiving.
Worked with customer service on changing delivery time, and she was able to help me change the delivery date but gave me a huge attitude because the call was encroaching upon 5:00, and she said she would see what she could do in the last remaining minutes leading up to 5:00 and HUNG UP ON ME. She did stay a few minutes past 5:00 (not heroic) and called me back to update me, but I wouldn’t rate the experience as positive.
Would not recommend this website - overpriced chintzy junk.
