Horrible customer service!
Horrible customer service!! I tried to reach out to the company "Wellaray" to inform them that the product was NOT delivered at my mailbox. I just keep getting an email saying that it was delivered at my mailbox, but I never received it.
In addition to that, I only purchased 3 bottles for $50.00 dollars and they charged me another 3 bottles for $30.00 dollars??? I ended up paying $80.00 dollars for not receiving anything at all.
All the company "Wellaray" says is filed a claim with USPS??😡😡😡

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!
I made an order back in Dec 2024... I ordered 3 bottles, was charged $80 AUD and then straight away was charged another $141.65 AUD, for what I didn't know!!! I emailed them straight away to cancel the whole order and requested a refund stating they had charged me for something I didn't know about... They dodged my emails and after several emails from me later they finally responded by saying it was for an extra 6 bottles (which I did not order!!!!) and it was too late as the order had already been sent. I then informed them that I wanted it all cancelled and I didn't want to hear from them again......... until the other day when they took out more money which I DID NOT CONFIRM EVER and asked for the whole thing to be cancelled!!!! I have emailed them but I am sure it will be the same old story that it is too late and that they have already processed and sent....
I have notified my bank and shut down my account so they CAN NOT STEAL FROM ME AGAIN!!!!
THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM AND TOTAL DISREGARD FOR CUSTOMERS!!!!

This company is trash upon ordering these products they took it upon themselves to add more products to my order. I email them 3 times they ignore me. I'm asking for a refund because of the way they took $73 out of my account for something I didn't order all I want is a slip to get my refund

BUYER BEWARE - Bad Customer Service
BUYER BEWARE - I purchased by mistake. Rejected the 30% refund amount and keep the product as i am allergic to one of the ingredients. I returned at my own cost, and the tracking shows that the product was received. Yet 10 days later still no refund. The customer service is a joke, all standard copy/paste answers.

Auto renewed -NO GOOD
I am on the last of my 3 months supply and then 3 more pottles turned up which I had not ordered.
I do not think that I had subscribed to any subscription.
I have charged for them too, so, obviously they also have access to my card details and charged accordingly.
DO NOT ORDER because you will be charged for more even though you did not order them. And getting customer service is difficult. I am not hopeful to hear from anyone.

Buyer beware, same bad experience as others
I've had the same experience as others, cancelled the order within 20 min of ordering to be told it was too late and order was dispatched which is not what the confirmation email said. Got my order and requested refund details then offered 40% discount to keep. Customer service isn't listening and it wasn't until after checkout that I found out I was charged in USD which was double what I was expecting. Not transparent at all about currency. Seems they are sending regardless of cancellation requests in the hope you won't be bothered to return to get $ for an unwanted product. Bad form.
