Wary about website

I was wary about using this website due to the poor reviews. I had a decent amount of Tesco vouchers which I wanted to use before 14 June.

I placed the order on Tuesday 6 June. The Fitbit arrived on 7 June - the website was saying that delivery could take 7 days.

Communication was pretty much standard - email advising the order and delivery details.

Others have mentioned problems with the Fitbit itself and that you have to go via Fitbit for a guarantee issue. Wellbeingpromo are a box shifter and you're probably better off with Fitbit to be fair

I’m not one for leaving reviews

I’m not one for leaving reviews, but I felt I had to given how poor the reviews for wellbeingpromo are.

In summary, I placed the order just before midnight on the 6th June 2023 and within 30 minutes I received an order confirmation from Customer Services which included my order number. On the 7th June 2023 I received an email from DPD advising they were expecting my parcel and provided tracking information. Then on the 8th June 2023 (today) DPD confirmed delivery was due today. Note - the DPD emails didn’t actually state my parcel was from wellbeingpromo or that it was my fitbit, so be aware of that.

Also, I had been after a fitbit for a while, specifically the Inspire 2 which is retailing around the £44 mark. I decided to exchange my Tesco Clubcard vouchers ahead of the change in value (x3 value to x2 value) next week. Before I exchanged the vouchers to Fitbit I made sure the website had the Inspire 2 in stock. Wellbeingpromo did have the Inspire 2 at £49.99 plus £6.00 postage, so more than other retailers, but with my vouchers it’s cost me £18.49 all in which isn’t bad at all.

Couple of tips… 1) Don’t just look at the web page for stock availability, actually try and add the Fitbit you want into the cart to check it shows in stock before you exchange vouchers, 2) Make sure you provide (and double check) your email address & phone number, 3) Be available for delivery quickly and/or update DPD on alternative delivery options.

All in all, from order to delivery it took less than 48 hours - happy days!!!

Only use Tesco vouchers if you have a lot.

Used Tesco vouchers to buy an Ace as they are hard to source everywhere. Bad value for money, you immediately lose £6 to postage. Postage is free direct from Fitbit. Unless you have a large number of vouchers to use it's not worth it at all. Very slow delivery but it did arrive after nearly giving up hope. Will buy direct if I need anything else.

I ordered a Fitbit via the Blue Light…

I ordered a Fitbit via the Blue Light Card which is administered by Wellbeingpromo. Delivery should have been around 3 days. After nine days I still had not received anything so I emailed the company. I was told it was a failed delivery however I never heard anything from the delivery company or Wellbeingpromo informing me of this and no card was left in the porch. I was told that I would have to order it again as they could not simply arrange a re-delivery of the watch. I have not yet had a refund either which is not great. I would avoid.

No way to contact this company 😕

So disappointed with this company. I've ordered a fitbit watch and payment went through and I have not heard a peep since .I've tried to contact them but the website has no contact details. One email saying that I should expect an email in 2 working days but absolutely nothing. I have paid for the product and £6.00 special delivery. So dissatisfied.

Excellent

I have ordered with these twice using my Tesco rewards. Nice and easy to place the order. My first Fitbits arrived the next day and my second order that I placed a couple of weeks afterwards took 3 days. Excellent service

I had a great experience with…

I had a great experience with Wellbeingpromo. I did order a Fitbit redeeming my Tesco voucher. Unfortunately DPD messed up the delivery and the item was sent back.
However I did receive a full refund including my Tesco voucher points.
I emailed the company a few times and I always got an answer very promptly.
I requested for my Tesco points to be refunded and within 24 hours, my club card account was credited.

I used tesco clubcard points to place order, was assuming would be with fit bit direct not a 3rd party company. The company took postage charge of £6 from my bank account but sent no order confirmation email so no proof of purchase trail!
I contacted them via online form to be told they couldn't locate my order using my tesco voucher number or contact details. Seems other customers have been conned in same way. Avoid at all costs

Prompt Delivery

Ordered a Fitbit Versa 4 on 23rd December received on 24th December by DPD less than 24hours from ordering . Ordered from the forces discount site . Would have given 5 stars but you don’t get an email confirming your order which I was a little worried about but apart from that great service .

Used tesco club card to buy

Used tesco club card to buy. Asked why the luxe in white wasn't reduced in the contact form was told they would look in to it and get back but never did. Bought the white at full price after the offer ended. No confirmation email other than from dpd to notify of delivery. Product arrived box already opened, considered return but after reading reviews here I'm just glad that it turned up. Hopefully it works. 0 customer service.

Great customer service when you can find who to contact.

I’m a carer and ordered a Fitbit through the Carers discount card scheme. All I received at first was an order number but DPD delivered my parcel earlier than stated even though it was Black Friday weekend. As the website does not provide an customer service number or email I had to contact the discount card scheme to obtain this to get a receipt. Highly recommend using a credit card for this reason so you can claim from if there is a problem. As it appears your customer service is part of Fitbit. Suggest that customer service details are added to the website.

Good experience

Ordered the FitBit Sense 2, Initally a little worried as the email I received was very basic but as they were an authorised seller on the fitbit website I prayed my watch would arrive. 2 days after ordering my watch arrived. I also managed to submit my cashback claim through the fitbit website.

I purchased 2 versa 4 under unidays for me and my daughter..They didn't like the colour so I started to return. No contact number, I looked at reviews and panicked. Oh drat! I'd lost money and been ripped off. Email sent, quick response, new order made, refund in bank day after they received the watch back. I can't fault their communication via emails. So far ive got two good watches

Received my order but not sure how to contact support

Ok so I was directed to this site from the blue light discount site. I received the discount for the sense 2 which I pre ordered. I received my order on the release date also. The only thing is that the watch I have received is faulty and I’m struggling to find a way to contact them about this, but this may be covers under fitbits own warranty for the product.

Good experience overall.

I was redirected to Wellbeingpromo.com from Health Service Discounts. I was a bit weary after reading the bad reviews but they are listed as an official retail partner for Fitbit on Fitbit's own website so I thought I'd give it a try! Placed an order for a Fitbit Sense 2 on 26.9.22. 20% discount worked fine. I received a confirmation email that shipping was 2-3 days. It arrived on the 29th. No problems or hassle.
