My granddaughter loves Chinese and Japanese art. She has begun calligraphy using Japanese, and eating with chop sticks. She wanted something for her birthday within the origins of Chinese or Japanese and pulled up this website to pick from. I saw the hoodie that is just breathtaking and a good price range that I wanted to stay in. Even tho it came 10 days after her birthday, she really liked it. Thank you!

Really cool piece! I love it!

I ordered a windbreaker from this company however when it arrived it was too small. I emailed them addressing my concerns and they sent me out a free windbreaker and let me keep the old one. Quality was great and while exchanging through emails, i always received quick responses and this company is respectful and proffesional.

I was very disappointed that the shirt i wanted was sold out while saying available online. But i had one of the best service ever with Erilda Allen! She was answering fast and did everything possible to make me a happy customer. Would recommend 100%

They only have one flaw and that is the process of shipment, usually it takes longer than expected to arrive but other than that they are pretty good at their market

Do not use this company! It is appalling quality and they do not adhere to consumer law. My goods were the smallest size but way too big for my son and indeed for a guy twice his size. They refuse to give me a refund and will only offer an exchange which is nonsensical as there is no size smaller than small. Absolute scam!

No communication. No updates on the order status. My order claimed to be shipped, but no tracking information is provided. Longer than promised period to fulfill the order. No factual customer service, just a voicemail. Not recommended.

I ordered a jacket for my son for his birthday and thought that it would be here in time for his Swaggy 16th birthday, but I learned that it would not be here in time. I was so disappointed but Violet Cruz from Customer Service was soooo amazing. She answered all of my emails very timely and very respectful and professional. She hated that my first experience with their company was not what I wanted but because of her, I will order from them again. Welovestreet, you did an amazing job when you hired Ms. Cruz. You truly have a gem in her. I look forward to receiving my son's jacket and ordering from you again. Ms. Cruz ROCKS!!!!!!

Their product was crap, the quality was crap for the price and when I wanted to return the item they were rude and practically ignored my email when I pressed them about it.

Violet Cruz from the Customer Services Team was brilliant when my order went missing. She immediately arranged for a new order to be sent out by courier and kept me up to date with the new delivery details. She was extremely helpful and my son received the trousers I ordered for him, and he loves them.

Very bad they don’t let your return any clothes and the clothes on the site look nothing like in real life

I recently ordered a pair of jeans for my grandson, as one of his Christmas presents. Well, when they arrived,they were not the size I ordered. I needed a Small and received a Medium. I immediately contacted Ms. Violet Cruz. She informed me that as an Asian company, a size Small is a Medium in US sizes. Looking at them, I knew they would be too big for my small size grandson. So Violet worked out a great deal to help me. She said she could send a special size Small for my grandson for a small fee and no shipping charges plus I could keep the jeans they sent and not have to worry about shipping them back, thus giving me an extra pair he could grow into. I thought that this was a great deal and a great way to solve my problem. Violet seems to care about her customers, and the quality of the jeans represent the good quality of the We Love Street company!!! Thank you Violet and WeLoveStreet!
