Recipent wasn't alerted to where order had been left
Order sent as a birthday present. It arrived a day early and was left in a old greenhouse at the bottom of their garden. The recpient wasn't left a note to tell them where it was. They stumbled on it a week later after it had been rained on. The birds had a birthday present instead

Hi Eleanor,
I’m very sorry to hear that you didn’t get a message from DHL to let you know where the parcel was left. I’ll take this up with our account manager. The message should be automatically generated. The drivers are always asked to leave parcels in a safe place if there is no answer at the door. This is to ensure cheese isn’t returned to the depot.
The parcel was delivered on April 1st (3 days ago) as requested. We never get parcels delivered before their requested date. If we’d been made aware of the issue with the parcel not being found we’d have been very happy to send a replacement immediately. Please get in touch directly if you’d like us to do that.

Cheeses look delicious but disappointed…
Cheeses look delicious but disappointed that the larger one was substituted which I think will spoil the layout of the cheese cake.
I will not know till 7th when I set it up for my husbands 75th.

Hi Lynne. I'm very sorry we had to substitute one of the cheeses in your little celebration cake. A delivery of the Blue Wenallt 500g failed to arrive so we were forced to make an emergency substitution with the closest possible alternative which was a Perl Las blue 500g. I'm sorry that it's not exactly the same shape. It will alter the layout of the cake as you say, and I'm sorry there was no other alternative that was closer in shape. I hope it works well for your husband's 75th.

Best place to go
Loved going here for my mums birthday. We both love cheese and the cheeses selected for our cheeseboard was 10000/10 and the staff are always so friendly and helpful. Explained to the young woman we aren’t really wine drinkers so happy to have her recommendations and she even bought us over a sample of wine to try to make sure we liked it. Can’t wait to go back again!

I wanted to buy a gift voucher for the Victoria Park location, but was able to collect it on the same day as the order was placed at the Taffs Well shop as this was more convenient for me.
