Hi. I bought a welder from these folks for £3600. Two weeks later my welder had not arrived but when I am emailed them I was told that I was a suspected fraudster and they would call the police. When I called them I was immediately accused of the same. I was talked at shouted at accused of fraud and they threatned to hang up on me and call the police if i didnt stop talking. One male staff did hang up on me after shouting at me.All the while I remained polite and mostly quiet.

When they eventually realised their mistake I received no apology.

Perhaps one of my worst experiences as a customer.

Will never deal with again. Will go somewhere else next time and extend my lifespan by a couple of days.

These guys knew the purpose of our purchase for this machine.
we bought a PVC welder to do hems on our banners and the machine cost a lot of money to us. We then had to buy a PVC welding attachment to do the job we asked. When this did not fix the problems occurring, we were then told to buy the weight which goes with it.
Wish I knew about all these add on's before I made this expensive purchase.
