Visit was pleasant and staff friendly. I was shown around and taken to the drum kits demo area and was given time and space to try a few kits. I was advised in some technical area by the member of staff and after trying a few kits, I purchased the one that met my personal requirements (sound quality; mesh sizes & feel). Purchase was smooth and quick and the two members of staff carried the big box to the exit. Overall very happy with the service and in-store selection of drum kits.
