Had an excellent viewing experience which was booked to a time suited to me as well as helping solve my queries as a first time renter
Very helpful and communicative
Very helpful and communicative, liaised with our seller successfully at every request. Thankyou 🙂
Excellent service, highly recommended
We had an excellent service from Wentworth and Rose. Great communication and good advice at every step of our process. I have recommended Wentworth and Rose to many of my friends and family and would not go to anyone else to sell a property. We really felt we were in good competent hands and got everything we asked for and more.
Exellent service pleasure to deal with
After having difficulties with many other agents , wentworth and rose sold my property quick and hassle free , would recomend
AVOID-Very umprofessional, and RUDE
AVOID: The lady rudely hung up on me mid-sentence during our call—extremely unprofessional. After reading other reviews, it's clear this agency has consistent poor service.
AVOID IT
My application was not accepted, and when I requested a detailed report, I was informed that providing one would violate their company's GDPR policy. Another money making!. I feel scammed!
Unprofessional cowboy scammers at Harbourne
I was scammed by Katie Wright and Torria Graver when viewing 2 Regent Road, B17 9JU property on 2nd July, 2025. My account was debited for £327.07 on a conditional holding deposit basis without any email, presentation of T&C for holding deposit. Owner Katie never mentioned that if Landlady does not agree to our terms the conditional holding fee is still non-refundable. Katie (owner) and Torria also fabricated that there was an email and when taking the money they had mentioned the holding is non-refundable. Both of these claims from staff are untrue. Please avoid this unprofessional and cowboy estate agency. Be careful with them both on paying money and also read the small prints/email (if you receive that is :) very very careful. Avoid this agency as much as you can if you want to keep your money safe.
Do not answer the phones most of the…
Do not answer the phones most of the time, and when they do, they are extremely rude, all I can say is that this estate agent is run by a bunch of uncouth youths. Do not know how to price houses, lettings and sales disgustingly overpriced, sit on market for a year + at times.
Super rude and dismissive
Super rude, inhuman and dismissive.
My recent experience was one of its kind in this country. The staff doesnt care about your concerns, challenges or confusion. No support at all. Kept our holding fee stating their irrelevant policy that says its nonrefundable whether you move in or not. £300 for them as a business probably means nothing but for a family(working class) its hard earned money. Just show some courtesy and moral value within your business.
They spoke very rudely to my partner and threatened to complain about him when he was putting his concerns upfront.
Pathetic!
Stay away at all costs
Since i moved in, a disaster began. They did not do any maintenance and left all issues unattended. We were constantly living in an horrendous environment.
They didn't reply to email and hung up bluntly on the phone.
Once moving out they attempted to extort the whole deposit but fortunately they failed miserably with an effort from TDS making a fair decision.
For the best of your interests,do avoid any contact with this agency.
Be aware of the deceptively positive reviews elsewhere.
Avoid at all costs
I rented an apartment from Wenthworth&Rose and since then it was a nightmare.
Whenever there were any issues,i notified the agency and the landlord at once. However, all issues were left unattended. There was no difference even i called or sent email. There were no reply.
Once we moved out, they attempted to charge us the whole deposit and fortunately they were not successful thanks to an impartial and transparent decision from TDS.
In the meantime there is still some deceptively positive feedback elsewhere. If i had read all reviews thoroughly before,i would not have fallen into this trap.I believe they are infamous for taking money from each and every tenant. I was facing more or less similar issues mentioned in other reviews.
During phone call, they were totally rude and stuck-up.
Based on the above, you are strongly advised not to use this agency anymore.
RUDE
The way they have just spoken to my partner was so incredibly rude. The tone, the unwillingness to answer questions followed by an abrupt way of putting the phone down before he’d even finished speaking!!
Disgraceful - if you don’t like your job then I suggest you work elsewhere because what an awful representation of the company.
Unfortunately I didn’t get their name before she ended the call but I’m well and truly shocked.
Emma was great and guided a lot…
Emma was great and guided a lot complete our new home purchase.
Thank you Emma
Crooks - rude, unprofessional and money grabbing
I would give them 0 starts but it doesn't let me. I wanted to buy a house they advertised but they said I couldn't buy it unless I used them to sell my property.
They didn't know anything about the house I was buying.
And they did nothing to sell my property - used my photos and actually insulted my home in front of potential buyers.
If I didn't get back within the hour they would leave passive aggressive voicemails saying I was radio silent.
When they spoke on the phone they were abrupt, condescending, and rude. Super fake and over the top in real life.
On top of this, when I got survey results I decided not to buy the house as it would need tonnes of money spent on it to fix, which I did not have.
Since then, over the last year, they've continued to send me emails threatening that I owe them 1.5K. I DO NOT.
It was made clear and it is generally known that:
a) estate agency fees are payable only upon completion of a sale
B) when survey results are bad, buyers have a right to pull out. And actually for any other other reason - it's a big and scary life decision to buy and house and they are meant to help make it less stressful!
They THEN had the audacity to send me a letter asking if I wanted help selling my apartment this year?!?!
Outrageous.
Keep away from them. No matter how nice the house, I would never buy or sell through them.
Stop renting any property from this agency
Please do stop renting any apartments from this agency IMMEDIATELY because they are in collusion with the landlord in an attempt to forfeit the whole deposit no matter how you do before moving out.
A check-out report was received and there is little blemish which clearly does not justify what they do.
Further Update
They are flagrantly in an attempt to rob us of all deposits in collusion with the landlord.
It is stipulated that your landlord also can't take money from your deposit,to fix any damage caused by a repair """"they didn't do when they should have"""", for example a leak you told them about that got worse and damaged the floor.
Upon checking the record,we always informed the landlord and the technician immediately upon any damage found. However, they deliberately ignored it which resulted in further damage. It is believed that they were told in this way for earning money in an unscrupulous manner.
Thus we have each and every reason for vigoriously advising that you MUST NOT rent any properties from this agency. If you are currently renting a property from this agency, you must take every action POSSIBLE to safeguard yourselves and be well-prepared to start a long battle in fighting for the deposit you well deserve.
Final update
TDS makes a decision that allows us to get back most of the deposit. Thus, you must not trust or rent any apartment from this agency which consists of a bunch of scoundrels.I can't believe Emma Parks, who is the Sales Director disturbingly bereft of conscience and moral principles, is leading and/or in collusion with them.

Awful avoid at all costs!
Awful avoid at all costs!! No better example of 'style' over any shred of substance. Patronising and thoughtless staff.
Been round the block in Birmingham
Been round the block in Birmingham, and this agency is definitely the best of the bunch. We’ve had a few minor issues over the year ,like commissions % and rental pricing, unable to complete a sale etc, however all these issues are nature of the beast. At the end if it all, they make me feel like a valued customer and i will continue to be a client if i feel valued and heard. Most people i’ve dealt with seem to be helpful and responsive. Like i said, minor issues which needed my intervention were resolved to my satisfaction.
Appalling experience from day one…
Appalling experience from day one (literally straight after Katie sold me the service). No landlord checks led to a tenant from hell. To rectify Katie promised a new tenant at no extra fee, but a fee was still charged. Multiple emails regarding checkout were ignored, and this was not done in time (Charlotte, who ignored my emails, simply passed the blame onto Morgan!
Next tenant- inventory not sent to me at all. When requested (because the waste disposal had been broken), it listed “assortment of items under the sink- no mention of waste disposal). So that cost me again.
I was contacted by their accounts dep’t, regarding disposit return. My flat had been trashed that much by the nightmare tenant that they never checked adequately, that I needed to dispute the deposit return. The accounts person told me to wait, and that they would notify me when to dispute. The next time he contacted me was to tell me that the deadline was the day before.
I have lost a small fortune because I trusted this uncaring and incompetent organisation. And they continue to badger me for money owing.
Use these at your own peril.
Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful! Extremely rude and unprofessional.. read their replies to complaints on Google for an understanding of how they work. Avoid where possible!
