Confuse, but happy :)

It's the second time that i purchase on the website! I love their games and everything they make, I really does. My first experience was amazing, so I decided to buy some cards games for some of my Christmas gifts.
It's been soon a month that i have purchases some items, and the last update i got on the items i bought was about a week ago : i tried to contact the customers service of WRNS and the tracking app, but no one is answering me.
I don't know where is my package, if it's lost, if there's just a problem with the tracking or even if it will arrive (before or after Christmas)... I am really sad and it make me anxious since I am young and don't got a lot of money to make new gifts...
I guess that i would just like a bit more of support from the team... As I said, i really like this brand (never had problem with them before) and wanted to make some Christmas gift, but at the moment I am just feeling lost and somehow abandoned.

I got an update finally, after almost 10 days! My package will soon arrive! I am still a bit upset that WNRS and route (tracking app), both never answered me... But still so happy that my package will finally arrive!

Satisfied but...

I got my order after a month and i Satisfied with that. But ths company is terrible att answering their mail. I have sent 2 emails but didnt get a respons. I even tryed their Instagram but no respons.

Item not received

Ordered the self love pack about three months ago and have still never received. No refund or anything. Disappointed.

I never got my order and so far they've the worst customer service I've experienced

So about 6 months ago I've ordered a hoodie with this beautiful message written on it "Your anxiety is lying to you." I've payed for it in advance and was really looking forward to it because I love these kind of motivational things. However, it never came.

I was tracking the package all the way to our country where it was delivered but in a city more than 400 kilometers away from my address that I've written while finishing the order. I've contacted our post office and after calling with the central support center and my local post office and the post office that is located in the city it was delivered to, we clearly figured there must've been a problem from the sender's side.

So basically I describe this whole situation in an email and send it to this website's customer support. There was this guy named Cid and I must say wow.. I don't know where they got him but he was useful as winter sleds on a tropical summer day. It seemed that he simply didn't read the email or haven't checked properly what I said. His response was to check the address that I wrote while ordering and he sent me some tracking links that said literally the same that I've described. I got nothing, we exchanged a few emails and for me it would be faster and easier if they said right away to "frick off" because they literally don't care and they're not going to read it or at least think about it anyway.

I gave it up, the hoodie never came, I never got my money back and their customer support is completely incompetent.

Kind staff but shops needs improvement

Have ordered several times from WNRS and I love my items, however have experienced some issues.

My most recent order was incorrect and missing over half the items of my original order. Ordered on 28/12/20 and arrived on 25/01/21.

Customer service are super quick to help (respond within a few hours) and they immediately shipped out my remaining items. However, one of the t-shirts I ordered was out of stock so instead they refunded me for that. Remaining items still on their way.

Sadly a phone case that I also ordered began to fade after only 5 days of use (UK is currently in lockdown, so haven't gone out with it either). Emailed them again and they quickly refunded me for that too.

Also asked if I could have further reimbursement as I paid $20 international shipping and they refunded me a further $10 which covered the remaining items on their way to me now.

Overall, staff are very helpful & kind. They are very understanding and willing to help.

However the store itself could do with some improvement:
- quality of products
- accuracy of orders
- delivery time (I understand COVID delays so this was expected)

Would also be great if the website could have a "my orders" page to easily view the status/history of orders.

Happy with most my items so far though! Love the aesthetic and the brand, so I hope they improve in the future.
